The Ministry of the Word and The Law

Transcript Summary

1. (Isaiah 2:1-2). Mountains have been responsible for keeping nations from coming to the house of the Lord. But we are coming to a season where exaltation will come to the mountain of the Lord’s house. A mountain is a high place/house that will tower from the rest of the house, and such a projection or raising must shoot out from the house of the Lord. There are  different mountains that nations looked to and have kept them under, but their strength and allegiance will be broken so that nations will focus on God and have a re-commitment again to Him. Worship that has been given to mountains will be diverted and there shall be conversion. The abundance of the sea will be converted because of the strength of the mountain of the Lord’s house. 

2. (Isaiah 2:2-3). Right upon the mountain of the Lord, there will be a house of the God of Jacob. There shall be a mountain, and through it, a house that can house God shall be raised. So we can see Zion and then Jerusalem. 

3. (‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭2‬:‭4‬). Plowshares are used on the ground or on earth, and pruning hooks are for dressing. War is as a result of a law, but instead of a war law, we will have a law of peace. There is a difference between the word and the law.
 

4. (‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭2‬:‭3‬). Ways are the tools of learning. The communication of the spirit into you as a path is a demonstration of the way. It is firstly a way before becoming a path. Ways are the means of communicating the spirit for a path. The Church has not broken through to differentiate between the word and the law, and the reason there would be such difficulty is that the two things are enshrined in priesthood. Their being in priesthood is a demand for growth. Growth is necessary for people to know these things. Without growth, one cannot deal with the terms of ways, laws or word. An ordinary man cannot differentiate the word and the law, he jumbles it together. To a priest, the word of the Lord is not the law of the Lord. One has to be taught to differentiate between the word and the law. 

5. The word of the Lord and law of God are required in both a mountain and a house. These two revolve around the training of priests. It is priests that conglomerate to be a mountain. It is priests that also become a house. The coming together of priests forms a house. God cannot dwell in any kind of house, it must be a priestly house. Both the word and the law are the duties of a priest. 

6. Every house has its law. When a house is completely built, a law is given to it. The word makes the priest; the word builds the house while the law is the life of the house. We should hear the word, see the word and then handle the word. Then we would know the law and see the law; we would behold the law and inherit the life.

7. The word and the law are the tools for priests. There is a word for priesthood and there is a law to the word. The law interprets the word. The law is the spirit of the word. The implication of the word of God to a priest is that it should build him up and then give him an inheritance among them which are sanctified. The word of God has the capacity to build and give. 

8. (‭‭Ezekiel‬ ‭36‬:‭24-26) This scripture shows the ministry of bread, after which comes the water. The last 2 verses show us the end of the ministry of the word. The word raises you. To bring you out of your country is to build you up. When one is going up, he is being built up. When people are being built with the word of Christ, that is what is meant by “come out from among them”. The next is to be separate (2 Cor. 6:17). It is the ministry of the bread: such a person is eating. To come out is to make a way for the people. To sprinkle water upon is to cause water to flow out of the desert. Water cleanses and gives a new heart. The blood will give a new spirit. One cannot be built except through the word and one cannot be clean except by water.

9. You cannot be clean except you are built. You cannot respond to clean water without building. God does not wait for us to be clean, He raises us up and then one can respond to the water that can bless. In the process of cleaning yourself, you will have a new heart. It is a prophetic systemic method in moving the things of God from the start to the place where the Lord God can give Himself to the house. 

10. To wash oneself with pure water is by the water of the word. You cannot just pour water on your wife if you have not fed her. Firstly, you build her until she has the capacity to take the water. That tells us that the husband that the scriptures tells of to love his wife is a priest, not a brother. It is only a priest that can lay down his life for his wife. 

11. Submission is in grades. No woman can submit to a man in one day. Submission increases with growth, that is, by bread and water. You cannot expect a woman to submit to you unless you have shown the woman the path of growth. When you have given her enough bread, then she can take water. 

12. (Ephesians 5:26). All water is the ministry of the word. It is a high level of the ministry of the word. The word can give a new heart. The water of the word is the provider of water for the new heart. The heart inside a man is not bread, it is water. The outward body is bread. Flesh or bread stops on top of the bone. Everything on the bone is bread, but organs are not bread. It is in water that the law will be written. Blood travels through our organs. Organs like pancreas, kidneys, liver etc are materials of water. God commanded water to bring forth flesh (Gen. 1:20). Water has its own type of flesh. Flesh is not necessarily bread. When Jesus said, “my flesh is meat indeed” (John 6:55), He was referring to both bread and water.

13. Everlasting life starts with the word and ends in water before He gives ‘My spirit’. The end of everlasting life is the heart of flesh, or another heart. This is the kind of flesh that came from water and not from the land. God is engaging both instruments (bread and water) to make the house. If the ministry of the water of the word is not in place, the law would not come. Law would not be put on bread without water. One has to continue in His word, that is, eat the bread and drink the water.

14. Immediately man was formed, God breathed the breath of life into His body. Breath never came until the body was formed. The body was not formed with dry sand. It was sculpted. God mixed clay together. Jesus also practiced it to create eyes. He mixed clay with his saliva to form eyes and told him to wash it off with water (John 9:6). There, Jesus was practising the ministry of the Word. He knew the laws guiding flesh and water/bread and water. Jesus was not an ordinary being on the earth; He was healing and creating the exact way God does. Jesus was an Adam. He was anointed as the son of man. Taking an Adam and anointing him leads to a creative ability. He knew what to do to get miracles done. You will not lack if you have the word and the law. Having these means you have the raw material of all things.

15 (‭‭Ezekiel‬ ‭36‬:‭26‬, Ezekiel‬ ‭11‬:‭19‬). The new heart is referred to as ‘one heart’. It is the heart of Christ and it makes us one. It is called the unity heart. 

16. (Jeremiah 32:39, Jeremiah 32:40). There is a way that is a heart, which is the spirit of the heart. It is one way for one heart. “My fear” is “My spirit”. Way is a spirit, and a spirit that is more than the word, which is the law of the word. There is a way called “word” and there is a way called “the spirit”. Even the word is a spirit but there is a texture of a way that makes it different from “the spirit” which is the law. Both are ways, both are spirits. You should be able to differentiate which spirit each is.

17. When the word is coming, salvation has begun. The word has its work to be done inside you. Ministry is the spirit duty in the word that should be done in you. Angels understand these things. As long as the word of God is in its infant state, it is still nothing unless it has found a place to act on. When the word of God comes, it expects you to do it without wasting time. 

18. (Psalm 107:20). Healing means to forgive their sins, and delivering them means reconstructing them as a person not to go back to the sins. The devils fight you not to act on the word as they know when the word is coming. They make one to refuse word, attacking minds. If the word can heal you from unseen diseases, what about seen diseases? It is because of sin that we have diseases. Diseases were not mentioned from Genesis 1 – 12. It was around Genesis 12 that we began to see diseases because the life that was in men had reduced drastically.

19. Part of Satan’s wickedness is that he would create a city for further weakening men, like Egypt. It means there was something about the Egyptians–they imported diseases (from the realm of the spirit). That was why after staying in Egypt for 100 years, God had to take the Israelites through the wilderness to unlearn the way of diseases. Then God said, “I will bless your bread and water” (Exodus 23:25). 

20. (‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭7‬:‭15‬; ‭‭Exodus‬ ‭23‬:‭25‬). The body of Christ has not yet known this: God said he will take away diseases from the midst because that is where it was sown. Blessing your bread and water is blessing your body and organs. God wants to bless our bread and water. These diseases are still around because we have not been blessed the way we ought to be (Matt 8:17). In leading, God builds people and blesses them. When God is leading and cleansing, He is blessing us. 

21. (2 Corinthians 5:17-18) Milk for babes can be ministered from this scriptures. For anyone who is born again, old things are passed away. It is a work of grace (Eph. 2:9) that made such a one have a brand new spirit but not a brand new soul. I cannot make my soul a new creature by confessing, “I am new”. The doorway to making my soul get blessed with “new” is to find new things. New things are new bread, new water and new blood; these are the things that build the soul. 

22. New things begin with word of His grace which is able to build you up (Acts 20:32). This should deliver an inheritance which is a new heart. It will build the soul up and give. The bread builds, the water cleanses and gives. The reason for cleansing is to receive a new heart. When water starts washing and cleansing, it takes away the unclean. The major training of a priest is not to touch the unclean. Not to touch the unclean is a high training and service. We need to keep the commandment to be separate, then we must not touch the unclean thing for the Father to receive us (2 Corin. 6:17-18). 

23. After finishing the season of the word (bread and water), we will come into communion of the law. This is the principle in Christ. If any man be in Christ, he is new (2 Corin. 5:17) and you should be new until the unclean is gone. Your spirit is new but your soul needs to be a new creature. The first new is the bread, the second new is the water, then the last is blood. Then all things have become new. There is a newness that the bread gives, that the water serves and that the blood ministers. The conclusion of ‘new’ is the blood ministry. 

24. (Romans  8:1-2). There is therefore now no condemnation to those who have journeyed in the newness of the law. Inside Christ is not just the law, there is bread, water and law. If the water and blood is active in you, then you have cut covenant. Then you come to a place where you have life. Many times, we have not arrived at the law and we begin to question why certain things are not going our way. We need a law. So what we should cry for is mercy for the law. When there is a law, people will be free. We should pray that we will have the law and be able to give the law. When there is a law, fornication, adultery, homosexuality, lesbianism etc will die because they are laws. 

25. (‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭33‬:‭22‬). “All things” have to be given before Satan will fully fall. The devil is being dealt with because of the appearing of the Lord. There is more things to benefit in the appearing of Jesus. Peter talked about the appearing of our God; they enjoyed great wealth via the appearing of God. These things are not ordinary, we should know where they are coming from, for they are not just cunningly devised fables. They are honourable, give confidence and hope.
