The Son of God and His Ministry

Tongues and Interpretation
“Gin Jesus. Gin Jesus. Gin Jesus. See Jesus. See Jesus. See Jesus. See Me. See Jesus. See Jesus. Behold Jesus. Behold Him, exalted Jesus. Venerate Jesus. Reverence Jesus. Glorious Jesus, Jesus the Son of God is come. The Son of God is come. He has brought an understanding. He has brought an understanding. He also has brought utterance. He has brought utterance to you Gin. So Gin Jesus. Gin Jesus. Say Jesus. Speak Jesus only. Speak Jesus. Jesus exalted. Jesus venerated even to the acme, to the top, to the zenith. Jesus incorruptible, undefiled. Jesus, separate from sinners, higher than the heavens. Jesus. Jesus. Jesus. Jesus is enough, says the Spirit of God.”

John 5:14-18
“Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee. [15] The man departed, and told the Jews that it was Jesus, which had made him whole. [16] And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus, and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the sabbath day. [17] But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work. [18] Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.”
Jesus did not only break the Sabbath but He said God was His father. To the Jewish mind and understanding, He was making Himself equal with God. They felt it was blasphemous. To speak like this calls for a death sentence because He was introducing something to their mind that would bring an end to the reign of a king. Saying that God was His Father is an announcement of the end of a kingdom and an introduction to another kingdom. The work of this Father is the work of raising a Son. The Father had not raised a Son like Him before, He was the first and He called God His Father. Invariably, Jesus called Himself God’s Son which was offensive to the Jews.
In some existing cultures, saying the Son of God would call for a death sentence. For example in the North, one should not talk carelessly about the holy book, the holy prophet, or call anyone the Son of God. They would term this person blasphemous and issue a death sentence. This behaviour is beyond culture and religion, it is about a spirit. Satan is threatening the coming of the Son of God and that is the season we have come into. The threat is not enough, it is a season.
The church does not yet know the import of the Son of God like the spirits do know. They know that if God can work and raise a Son, it is saying that the kingdom of God is come. It is saying that the eternal dream of God is taking shape and God is about to be embodied. To spirits understanding, it means that a people are come who do not just look like God, but have the essence of God. The firstborn, Jesus, is the One who paved the way.
Jesus at the age of twelve had already located the coordinates of sonship, being about His Father’s business (Luke 2:49). There is persecution and oftentimes, killing when one calls oneself a son. Because what the person means is that he/she is embodying God, spirit, soul and body. The Jews understood this very well. The Son of God means that God is raising a people that would stand and be like Him. It is a technology. To our company, that is not achieved in one service, or reading a book, it is a life journey. Jesus is in pile and layers, we keep journeying from layer to layer until the ultimate coming.
Jesus was raised to be the mediator between God and man. The average believer thinks mediation is all about cleansing us from the works of the flesh but it is more than that. Until every rebellion and everything that does not look like God is removed from us, we are not reconciled. Until God is able to remove everything that is not of His life and replace it fully with His life the work of mediation is not done. We must have holy fear.
Matthew 27:54
“Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.”
The centurion caught fear, this man had a close encounter like Peter did when He declared Jesus to be the Christ, the Son of the living God. God will open our eyes to see some things.
Matthew 27:50-52
“Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. [51]And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; [52]And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose…”
The centurion was not in the temple. He was watching Jesus and He was seeing all the things that happened in Him (Matt. 27:54). In Jesus, they saw the earthquake and the renting of the veil. We must look unto Jesus and have great fear. Great fear is not to run away. The Son of God is come, is an announcement of a messenger that comes with fire and soap (Mal. 3:2). This is why great fear must come because the launderer will wash us until all of our infirmities are gone out. Great fear is not a threat to run away, but a season is being announced upon us so that things that need to give way would give way. That fear will make us submit to His dealings and allow us to let God do His work and to say that the Son of God is come.
John 6:68-69
“Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. [69] And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.”
1 John 5:20
“And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.”
Mark 15:39
“And when the centurion, which stood over against him, saw that he so cried out, and gave up the ghost, he said, Truly this man was the Son of God.”
Mark captured the account and emphasized that it was the man Jesus that truly was the Son of God. The desire of the Lord is that man would be translated to become a son of God. That man will look at Jesus and see veils parting and understandings will come that will lead him to knowing Him that is true. We should desire the Lord to give us His fear.

Hebrews 5:7
“Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared…”
Jesus also feared God. He is our example. If the Son of God, He who is also God, feared the Father then we should fear. Satan saw God but he did not fear God. We should not just love God, we have to fear God and keep His commandments.
Ecclesiastes 12:13
“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.”
Fear God is a duty of the heart. Hearts should fear God daily. We should not feast with the charity in the community and go outside to do wrong things because the Lord God is a consuming fire. We should fear God. Jesus feared God. He prayed the prayer at Gethsemane in fear. Fear made Him submit His will. Fear is a spirit, it makes us tremble; and trembling is a sign of life.
