Topic: The Description of the Way of the Son of God
Transcript Summary
1. (Matt. 11:27). “All things” are things of the Father. The Father is a Being of ways and His things are the revelation of His ways. Thus, the things of the Father are the interpretation of ways which are beyond knowledge; they are the paths in the spirit or laws that weave up the Being called the Father. All things of the Father are the things that interpret the ways of the Father.
2. God wants to deliver all things to man, but He needs men who are storer of ways. One must be a babe to be qualified to receive the ways of the Father. God hides these things from the wise and prudent and reveals them only to babes (Matt. 11:25). Babes are those that are being born of the incorruptible seed (1 Pet. 1:23); they are the ‘babes’ that are coming to God. These are men who are able to receive the sayings of the Son.
3. The Son of God is anointed to teach babes—those who have been taken from the Sanctuary, having been washed by the truth of Christ and have become babes of God. They have become meek and have attained a measure of meekness. Sin is a stature (height) in the spirit and meekness is the reduction of that sin stature in a man. Meekness is the measurement of holiness in a man. The meeker one is, the more holy one has become, as the formation of such a person has been crumbled in a measure.
4. (John 3:35; John 8:28). The way of the Son is what the Father taught Him; it is the blessing of the Father. The blessing of the Father is the teaching of His ways to a soul. The way of the Father houses the laws that weave Him up; and the Son is the One that has been raised to receive the way of the Father.
5. The way that is in the Son cannot be understood by any man, for it is a working of the Father. The way of the Son is a mystery; it is a secret of the Father. Fathers are custodians of ways. To be a father, one must first honour fathers. Ways are secrets of truth. The Father Himself is a secret; He is the most hidden Being in the universe. However, the Father wants His way to be accessed (by men), so He raised a Son. No man can know the Father but the Son (Matt. 11:27). As such, the Father chose to raise the Son that will interpret Him.
6. The Son is anointed to reveal the way of the Father because the Son is a custodian of the way of the Father. The existence of the Son shows that the Father’s way has been made known. The summation of the kingdom of God is a mystery/covenant of fathers and sons, and what ties them are secrets. The kingdom of God is the revelation of the secrets of the Father to sons.
7. The Son is a custodian of the way of the Father. What a son inherits from his father is a spirit; way is spirit. It is not easy to catch the way of a prophet because it ordinarily does not want to reproduce itself. The nature of the spirit of a prophet is such that it is laws that keep it. For a spirit to wear one, it must train the man in a certain way and there are not many that can survive the training; hence, a prophet can leave the earth with his spirit. In the same way, a father can leave the earth with his way.
8. “The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach…” (Acts 1:1). To teach the Father, one must do the Father. This teaching is the communication of ways/lines/spirit. The Son is the One who unveils the way of the Father because the Son has been taught that way.
9. “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matt. 11:28). This is the first rest. Everything in the Son of God are ways. Everlasting light will recover ways of milk. One may have knowledge of milk but not have its ways. Many of our fathers have the ways of milk as an inheritance. Thus, inheritance is a way and we must obey truth unto inheritance. Our Lord Jesus is a way Being – from His milk to His strong meat.
10. “The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.” (Psa. 25:9). These meek are those that have acquired the ways of Christ and can begin to respond to the Son of God. Jesus Christ is two things—meek and lowly (Matt. 11:29). These two characteristics describe His way. He is meek to those that are meek, which means this meekness is a higher meekness; it is a calling to journey further. Doing well in the season of Christ is not a guarantee that one will do well in the season of the Son of God. It takes nothing but mercy to continue in this realm of the Son of God.
11. The descriptions of the way of the Son are calibrations of meekness. A meek man is one being delivered from the way of sin. One who is holy is a meek man. Meekness is the strength/dominion of fathers. Fathers fight war by meekness. When a father wants to war, he enters into his garment and apparel of meekness. Meekness is what explains the nature of the Father and that is what the Son inherited.
12. (Psa. 25:4-5). This is the truth of God. David knew the everlasting God. This teaching is not about sitting down to be taught but the inscribing of laws inside a soul. The teaching of the Son of God is the making of way. The Son of God is a way maker. His teaching is a construction of ways. When the Son is teaching a man, He is weaving laws inside that man; He is mixing spirits into a man.
13. (2 Peter 1:5). There is a way these things are added. The Son of God as a way maker is a weaver of natures. He knows how to weave meekness with gentleness, faith with virtue, godliness with brotherly kindness and brotherly kindness with charity. By the time they are weaved, what comes out is a formulation of a life. The Son of God is an architect of life; He knows how to build life in men. He is coming to weave ways in us. There is a way He will weave a man that such will not fall.
14. The way of salvation is a way that is safe. To be saved is to be as safe as God is. This safety is one that prevents men from perishing. The coming of the Son of God is to hewn men from perishing. Evil spirits have taught ways that men have bought into and are making men perish. This is why we see that men are getting weaker. Thus, the way of the Son of God is a way of saving a man until he is as saved as God is. The wisdom of this way are stratas of meekness and lowliness. As such, salvation can be explained in meekness and lowliness.
15. Meekness, lowliness and rest are calibrations. They are the gradual process of reducing a man (flesh) to the ground. Lowliness is a more reduced meekness; it is another school of meekness in the Son of God. The Son of God received all things of the Father. When He started ministry, He had the way of the living God in Him. In other words, He was sealed with the seal of the living God (John 3:27).
16. (1 Cor. 11:26-27). The table is a doctrine; it is a table of the Lord’s appearing. The table is alive; it is God’s shrine. We show the Lord’s death by meekness and lowliness. The coming of the Son of God should climax in the fullness of God.
17. (1 John 5:20). At this time, they were all living churches. Some of the men had the seal of the living God. The coming of the Son of God was to bring a sealing to know Him that is true. These churches were looking for the true God. The way talks about having wisdom to walk. The coming of the Son of God is to teach the Church the way of the true God, for it is only the Son of God that can bring one to His Father. The way of the Son of God is to make a man become a house that the father will dwell in.
18. (John 14:1-2). There is a house and a place. The Son of God has two things – word and testimony. There are many houses that are not places yet. Without testimony, there is no rest. The purpose of testimony is to condition the house for rest. The house is a complete way and it must first be built for one to find rest. Rest is a spirit; place is a spirit. Word is needed to find testimony; water is needed to find blood.
19. (1 John 5:5-6). The Son of God is the Son of water. Water judges certain kinds of enemies. With water, one can overcome the devil, but with blood one can overcome Satan. Water is needed for service and blood is needed to finish service. The ministry of the Son of God is not complete without water and blood. The Son of God is the only One that can read one’s blood; He can alter one’s genes.
20. (Psa. 132:11-12) The throne is a place of rest. Testimony is settled truth which means the covenant has settled in a man. At this point, such a man has become a witness of God; life has entered into the building of God. One can have a building that is lifeless and houses without life decay. Thus, a man can be a house without life and with this, corruption will still be at work in such a man. Without life, the laws of corruption will still assault one. As such, God does not only intend to make us a house but also deck us with wisdom to find the place of rest.
21. Water makes one sinless while blood makes one deathless (immune to perishing). One thing about a house is that when laws of corruption work on it over a time, it will break it down. That is why God wants us to quickly move and journey from being a house to a place of rest, from word to testimony, so that we can secure a place for Him.
22. (John 14:2). Mansions are places of rest. The Lord said He went to prepare a place for us, not a house. The Son of God is both a builder of a house and a finder of place (Isa. 66:1). The purpose of the revelation of the word of God is to give us maturity to look for place. One cannot just have judgement to look for a place because it is more difficult to find ‘place‘. When one gets to water and has a house, there is another season of obedience that can make one find the testimony.
23. Only testimony can finally unwind Satan’s work in a man. The administration of blood is needed to completely destroy Satan’s work in men, or else, his work will still remain. One of the things that the Son of God is coming to do is to completely destroy the genetics of sin that have brought humanity under perpetual bondage. The Son of God is the only One who knows how to expire sin completely. The wisdom is inside of Him and also inside fathers of this way. These fathers discovered the way of the Son of God to make the Father come to rest.
24. (John 14:1-4). The purpose of the coming of the Son of God is to make us true and to make us true is to make us find a place. The way of the Son of God is to bring us into the place of the Father and this place is the destination. The way is the path; it is the wisdom to find the destination. The Son of God has come to teach us how to find the place called “the Father”.
