Becoming a Vessel unto Honour (PM)

“Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.” (2 Tim. 2:22). It is only a heart that has been sanctified by truth that can call upon the name of the Lord. To call upon the name of the Lord out of a pure heart, one must be following after righteousness, faith, charity and peace.

“But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. [21] If a man therefore purge s himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.” (2 Tim. 2:20-21). A vessel of honour is a sanctified vessel and it is only this kind of vessel that can be meet for the Master’s use; such a vessel must have been enlightened with knowledge (of Christ and God) to be meet for the Master’s use.

An honorable vessel may not carry the healing anointing or any special gift. What Jesus certifies as work for entrance into the Kingdom is the knowledge of Him.

“And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” (Matt. 7:23). To know the Lord in this scripture is to have communion or a spiritual intercourse with the Lord. This communion refers to a deep connection between two souls; it has to do with giving yourself over to something until it produces fruit.

The reason why a man will be unable to depart from iniquity is because an intercourse has taken place – such a man has fellowshipped with a wrong doctrine and fruits of this communion will be produced in the spirit. It will only take the Lord Jesus to kill such fruits (children); or else, they will remain.

Children here are not human beings, but the multiplication of that wrong doctrine. Such doctrines are generated by evil spirits and are strong because the human soul is involved. For the doctrine to produce children, service must have taken place in the soul – such a soul must have served the doctrine for fruits to find expression.

To serve Jezebel is to the serve the things she brings. This woman/doctrine (Jezebel) has the ability to seduce the servants of our God and shift their service from God to something else.

“Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.” (Rev. 2:20). Jezebel is a doctrine of the dragon; she is a daughter of a king in the spirit and is higher than Babylon in the spirit. Anyone Jezebel possesses inherits her nature. The two things she does to servants of God is to teach them to commit fornication and eat things sacrificed to idols.

Fornication is an illicit conjugal relationship which is out of order; but we ought to have conjugal relationship with the Lamb – this is how we generate service. There is no entrance into any kingdom (either of God or Satan) without knowledge, for the owner of the dominion must have a relationship with you to grant you entrance.

“And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh…” (Matt. 19:5). To become one flesh does not take place by talking; rather, the bed must be involved. The bed consummates the marriage, for when there is no bed, marriage will not be fulfilled.

When a man commits fornication with a harlot, his body is joined to that harlot and they become one flesh (1 Cor. 6:16). God hates fornication because it is a union He did not sanction. Fornication initiates a joining that cannot be stopped. Immediately one takes another woman who is not his wife, an illegal joining has taken place.

Young people now see sex as the climax of fun. However, sex is not fun – it is a cup of communion that enjoins those that partake in it. An exchange takes place during sexual intercourse. This means our bodies are not ordinary, therefore, do not join your body to a harlot.

To defile the bed is to introduce an illegal relationship to the bed. When a man is married to a woman, both of them have one bed and this bed is beyond the physical. The bed is the couple which no one should put asunder (Matt. 19:6); and neither of them should introduce a foreign person to the bed.

Satan has beaten down the seriousness of the chastity of the bed. Every nation that respects family and protects the holy matrimony will be safe. However, any nation that will not regard a home will destroy children.

Adultery is illicit sex in marriage. This took place in the spirit to some of the churches in the book of Revelation – a woman/false doctrine (Jezebel) was introduced to defile the male of the churches. Jezebel came to have sexual intercourse with their male dimension.

“And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them ; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. [17] Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing ; and I will receive you, [18] And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.” (2 Cor. 6:16-18). God will receive those who have overcome the unclean. Those described in this scripture have a dual expression – they are both sons (male) and daughters (female) in their soul. The reason for this dual expression is for the sake of works. These are God’s sons and daughters who ought to be Eternal Life entities and eventually become His people.

The first state, which is being separate has no promise attached to it; but the fruits begin to be evident when you touch not the unclean and then receive the accreditation of sons and daughters. There are two things that we must do – we must defeat the unclean and then idolatry. We defeat the unclean in the Holy Place and idolatry in the Most Holy Place.

“Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. [21] And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. [22] Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. [23] And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he by which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.” (Rev. 2:20-23). Jezebel is a preacher of idolatry; she is decked with the wisdom of idolatry.

The keys of hell and death are with Jesus (Rev. 1:18); He has power over second death, so He can kill second death with death. Jesus is another kind of death against any other kind of death – He can kill what separates people from God.

Jezebel appeals to the masculine nature of the servants of the Most Holy Place. She is a product of everlasting strength and seduces servants of God by false teachings.

“That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.” (2 Tim. 3:17). The servants are the churches in the book of Revelation. They were raised to do good works because they had been furnished. Good works here is salvation. The perfection they had was not enough to stop them from being tempted. Although they had come to a state where certain sins could not overcome them, there were still sins that could overcome them. This implies that they still had some works to do unto salvation.

“And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. [16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness...” (2 Tim. 3:15-16). The purpose of wisdom is to move us up to attain unto good works. This wisdom is for furnishing and perfection. A man can be perfect but may not yet be furnished. The apex of the learning of Christ is to furnish a man to attain salvation. You must be thoroughly furnished for the work to be saved.

2:20-21) Meet for the Master’s use implies the intention of the Master for the vessel, for there is that which the Master wants to do with the vessel. There is something coming from the Master (God) that He wants to use the vessel (soul) for.

A Master should drive the vessel the way He wants, or else, the vessel will not attain the expectation of the Master. The Person we would meet in the Most Holy Place is the Son of God who will lead us the way He wants, which is through the path of good works.

“And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps…” (Rev. 14:2). There are two voices: the voice of trumpet and then the voice of the thunder. The trumpet is to alarm us concerning the work and prepare us for the voice of the thunder. When the harp plays, it connotes victory. The voice of the trumpets is the pipe and there are powers in this voice.

“And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: [3] And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. [4] These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.” (Rev. 14:2-4). The redemption here is that of the Most Holy Place. The Lamb of God is the Master that shows the path in the Most Holy Place. Both the pipes and the tabrets of those angels speak of works.

“Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.” (Ezek. 28:13). Lucifer is a picture of a work. Tabrets refers to thunder/the voice of many waters while the pipes refer to trumpets. To save a man is to make him a perfect and thoroughly furnished man. The trumpet of God is for learning and teaching. The trumpet can open the graves and call bodies back to life (1 Cor. 15:52). The end result of these words is that one will hear the thundering of God that will call the body into immortality.

“Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.” (Tit. 2:12-14). Iniquity here is not that of the Holy Place but of the Most Holy Place. Uncleanness is lower than this iniquity. There are three major things that are called “iniquity” – uncleanness, iniquity and idols.

“But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions; [33] Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used. [34] For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.” (Heb. 10:32-34). The word “use” in this scripture is not to preach but a use for salvation – it refers to service with the aim of gaining the DNA of the Master. Use here is against iniquity, where one will be so used that iniquity cannot use such a person anymore – this is called conversion. Jesus will use us until iniquity cannot own us anymore; and we must be ready to be stretched by this process beyond the reach of Satan.

Jezebel is a prophetess that can stop prophets; she can stop men from having everlasting life. She has things that can seduce servants and shift their attention from what they have committed themselves to. The purpose of this seduction is to use them. The Jezebel spirit can operate on anyone, either man or woman, to deviate servants of God from the course of service.

Ministers of the gospel are being attacked by Satan to stop some things, but ministers must have the attitude to keep digging and raising more servants of God.

Jezebel is not sent to the world, but she is sent to the church; and not just any church but the church in the promised land. Jezebel in the Old Testament operated in the land of Israel; she charmed the king of Israel, overpowered him and ruled the nation (1 Kings 19:1-2, 1 Kings 21:5-25). Ahab was anointed by the prophets of Israel, but Jezebel stopped the operation of the anointing (1 Kings 16:31) and turned the prophets to be food mongers.

We must not be exposed to Jezebel before we have the commensurate stature to withstand her enticement. Jezebel’s intention is to take us away from Jesus, our Master. We must not be free rangers moving anywhere but we must be positioned to connect service.

The human soul is both masculine and feminine. Sons and daughters of God would keep their virginity and will not defile themselves with women because they will have followed the Lamb wherever he goes (Rev. 14:4). The Lamb knows how to unwind us from being taken over by the works of the devil. It is this dimension that will make us hate the works of the devil.

The doctrine of Balaam, Nicolaitans and Jezebel (Rev. 2) are the works of Satan designed to tempt both male and female. We must therefore be thorough to engage in salvation so we can have the capacity to withstand such doctrines. The intention of Jezebel is to make us idolaters; she wants us to serve idols.

There are two dimensions to service: sacrifice and offering, although sacrifice is higher. Sacrifice is the giving up of oneself completely; sacrifice is dying while offering is suffering.

“Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.” (Rev. 2:20). Jezebel wars with the everlasting life that is in the saints who have qualified for the Master’s use. Her intention is to stop them by causing them to fornicate with a wrong doctrine and eat the things sacrificed unto idols.

Sacrifice comes from obedience to doctrine; they are things we do in obedience. Jesus sacrificed unto death; He obeyed unto death, even the death of the cross (Phil. 2:8). Jesus’ obedience unto death was a sacrifice, not just an ordinary obedience.

Jezebel would offer teachings (meal) to servants and anyone who eats her meal would also sacrifice himself. No one can eat the things sacrificed to idols and not have his nature altered because what is eaten is the nature of the sacrifice. Therefore, Jezebel’s intent is to make saints serve idols.

Satan taught the man of sin (2 Thess. 2:3) to sacrifice unto death; he obeyed unto death and Satan could then trust him with his seat and authority. He became full of the name of blasphemy because of sacrifice (Rev. 13:1).

There are many idols that Satan wants man to become so that he will bear the name of the beast. Although, it is not easy for anyone to die unto God but Satan taught the beast how to die unto God – he taught the beast to blaspheme against God. Each blasphemy is a death – an anti-God nature. The death of each of the saints is anti-blasphemy until we do all the obedience required of us. Therefore, the death we are to die is to follow the Lamb wherever He goes.

There is neither male nor female in Christ (Gal. 3:28). This means that in the order of the invisible, natural gender does not exist. The female gender is not evil neither is the male. We must understand that we are one, for the woman was taken out of the man. Satan is the one causing division by making people sexists; however, both genders need one another and must be solely dependent on one another. This is the same way the Church should be dependent on Jesus; but the Church, like the world, is almost becoming like the feminist group, who want to be independent of the man. It is wrong for the Church to be independent of Christ!

Husbands should be vulnerable to their wives and the wives should be dependent on their husbands. Satan talks to man to stand alone and not to have need of nobody. We must rejoice with each other and honour each other’s sacrifices. A woman should not compete in strength with a man, for only a weak woman can soften a man. The weakness of a woman is from God and is not an act of foolishness, but a nature that loves peace.

In the house of God, there is a beauty about weakness of the male and female. God must have mercy on us that we will be redeemed from among men and from the mentality that this world has taught us about how a man and woman should behave.
