Being Sensitive to the Word and Coming into our Inheritance (ER)

Programme: United Kingdom Easter Retreat 2024 (Day 3 Morning)

Date: Sunday, 31st March, 2024

Words are powerful and very creative. The power of the word of God and the power of faith cannot be compared to anything. It can deliver a soul from every participation in the works of flesh. It is only a soul that is not washed that would still suffer affliction from spirits because of past sins. Any oppression that looks so real to a man can be changed by the word, if only such a soul would accept it. Many fight battles that are unreal, although real to them, because their eyes of understanding have not been enlightened. Anyone that is not educated in the word of God would go in cycles fighting a battle they ought not to be fighting. What would end these kinds of battles is faith in the Word of God.

Colossians 1:13

"Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son…"

Anyone who has experienced the new birth is delivered from all forms of oppression. If a believer can believe the word, he would be free from oppression. We must be passionate about the word of God and we must believe to see it work in different ways. We must exalt the word over every form of lying manifestations of the devil and his cohorts. When people do not believe the word, they would exalt the manifestations they see over the word. Satan has painted the manifestations so real that it is difficult to believe the word. To get a soul delivered from oppression, the soul needs to be taught to believe the word and stay on the word. The Holy Ghost says that if a soul can believe the word and stay on it they would be free from oppressions. The tool of deliverance from oppression is the word, if a soul can believe, such would be free (Col 1:12-13).

There is more to this scripture but in the level of milk, it is well able to deliver one from oppression. A soul who is oppressed can believe the word, say the word, confess it and such would be free. Such can say it several times till it sinks into the heart. Manifestations of the enemy in a believer's life can be corrected by the word of God. Many people do all manner of things to get delivered now because of the absence of the word of God at the level of the milk of the word. Good milk of the word is powerful; it can do a lot to a believer to help move their journey forward. People who can not believe the milk of the word of God cannot be free.

Many people have been born again for a long time but they are still undergoing several ridiculous deliverance processes when they ought to be ministering deliverance (by the word) to people. Many are warped by doctrines of demons; these doctrines build a world around these souls and they cannot be free. They are made to believe that they are suffering from witchcraft vices, unknown to them that a believer and a witch do not stay on the same ground. There is no meeting point for a witch and a believer. Some are involved in trial and error when the Word of God is clear on this subject.

Walking in love alone will make a soul separated from witchcraft. Milk faith teaches us that a witch should not be comfortable where a believer is. Familiar spirits should not be able to stay near a tongue-talking believer.

Mark 16:17

"And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues…"

A believer ought to be casting out devils, not running away from witchcraft. A believer should not be afraid or making relocations because of the awareness of a witch. The milk faith enables and teaches us how to respond to these things. Milk faith helps us in our journey because it is a journey of faith to faith. When a soul is not able to grasp the truth of the milk faith, such would not be able to embrace the higher demands of the faith in the Word of righteousness which is more invisible.

The milk faith trains the soul to hold on to the word of God, so when the soul advances into a higher light, such a soul can hold on to it. A believer who has trained with milk would be able to trust His life out to a higher demand of the word when it comes. The milk faith trains the soul to rely on the word of God to get things done, and it is a progression. The soul relies on the Word and trusts in nothing but the Word of God.

A soul that has given and trusted himself to the milk dimension of the word of God is able to also trust His life out to a higher demand of the word of God because such a soul knows that the word does not fail. Faith would destroy those buildings that Satan has built. Those buildings are not real but the devil makes them look so real. However, if we hold on to the word of God, those things would come crumbling down. It is good training from milk to be able to rely on God's word and believe it.

Our inheritance is packaged in words. If we do not have the right attitude to the word, we would not be able to come into the inheritance. The building materials are in words; building is tantamount to salvation. Being built is being saved; it is salvation. Salvation is our inheritance. Salvation is the building we are about to attain, and that is our portion. Physical status and amount of worldly goods does not matter; what is important is salvation. When we understand this, we would have the right attitude to things on earth.

1 Corinthians 7:31

"And they that use this world, as not abusing it : for the fashion of this world passeth away."

Things on earth should be of use to us; we are allowed to use them, not abuse them. The Lord wants to lead us in a way that natural things would become nothing to us. The Lord wants to train us with little so that when abundance comes, we are detached from it. The Lord also trains us so that we can be fearless in giving to Him or to the brethren. It will be difficult for a soul that is attached to the world to give. Faith and leading should and intends to separate us from things in the natural.

1 John 3:17

"But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?"

The training of the Lord makes us open to minister to the needs of the brethren. When we see our brother in need, we must not shut up our bowels of compassion. We should not wait for a special leading to minister to the brethren; the scriptures say once we see the need, we should minister to such a person. We must not be weary in giving. We would not be weary in giving when we have been led to be satisfied and content with little. So when abundance comes, we are already comfortable and used to little; having been trained not to have any high taste or ambition, we can release it however the Lord would want it dispensed.

We should be sensitive and quick to act on words because our inheritance is packaged in words. Leading has something to do with how we are configured. Leading would configure us to abase, that it would almost become difficult to learn to abound. If we do not have the right attitude to words, to throw our lives on words, then we would not come to the inheritance.

Hebrews 1:14

"Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?"

Salvation is an inheritance. Our being saved is receiving our inheritance. Our being built is our inheritance. This inheritance cannot be compared with physical things. Having a sense of inheritance gives us the right attitude towards worldly goods. Scriptures say we can use it but we should not abuse it because of the sense of inheritance. With the sense of inheritance, we know and understand that our inheritance is not material things, even though we use them. The sense of inheritance would regulate how much we give ourselves to natural pursuits.

We should train ourselves to spend for the Lord rather than on acquiring worldly goods. “The Lord trained me not to spend on myself what I have not first given to the Lord.” The priority of our money is the gospel, not to spend on ourselves. When we prioritise giving to the Lord first, the Lord would meet our needs supernaturally. God would find a way to get the things we desire across to us. We must embrace living a regulated life. When He permits us to get things for ourselves, we must also be sensitive to the Lord when He halts our spending. We must be sensitive to the check of the Holy Ghost to know when to stop.

Tongue and Interpretation (1)

"I am the regulator, I am a regulator. There is a design in the life of the new testament that is regulated by the Holy Spirit. If you allow Me, I will regulate your life, even your natural. I will design it to reflect a thronic life, even a life that is constricted to be able to achieve the life of ascension into things of glory. For the gate is narrow, you cannot enter with riches of this world or even things that constitute lusts of the heart. Allow Me trim you, allow Me build you, allow Me design you, allow Me cut you according to My shape, for I have a shape.

For you see the Lamb is the shape of the life that is in God. He has a formula. He wants to teach you even to come into His own nature and stature, but you have to allow; you have to allow Me tone your life, you have to allow Me tone your finances, tone even your emotions, and everything about you, allow Me tone it according to My own tone. Follow the tone of My Voice, for I am a Shepherd, I will lead you. For there are those who follow the Lamb whithersoever He goes; those are they who will inherit Eternal Life. Allow Me, follow the tone of My Voice and you will never miss your way, saith the Spirit of God."

(Message Continues…)

The life of the Spirit is a regimented life. We cannot afford to be extravagant. We must find grace to esteem supplying the needs of the saints and yield to the Lord for our needs to be met. Meeting the needs of the saints should not be done shabbily, it should be done with grace and honour. We should have constraints and follow the check in our spirit as regards lavishing things on ourselves. We must be excited to give to the needs of the brethren. We must be sources of joy to others. We should not only be concerned about ourselves with the provisions God makes available to others; we should also bear in mind to bear in the burden of others.

By following the leading of the Spirit, we would realise we do not have too many needs. Following the leading of the Spirit would make us not obsessed with the trends of the world; we would not be obsessed with wearing the latest things. We must have contentment (1 Tim 6:6). Contentment comes by giving heed to the words that are spoken. When we do and obey them, we would become configured.

Our salvation is our inheritance; the inheritance is packaged in words, and it starts from the milk of the Word. We would hear words in milk and we must do them. The words in milk would prepare the soul to hear the words of righteousness that we must also do. When words are being given, we are being given substances. Our attitude to those words determine whether we would benefit from those substances or not. These words are not mere words; they are Spirit and life (John 6:63).

Hebrews 2:1

"Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip."

We should give the more earnest heed to the things we hear. The reason we have remained where we are for so long is because we let a lot of things that have come to us slip. A lot would have changed if not that many words slipped but thank God for the place where we are; there is still room for change. If the way we listen to God is the way we listen to medical doctors, we would not need a doctor. When they speak and give prescriptions and cautions, we obey strictly; we do not miss any detail. We give honour to their words which are still the words of men. If we honour the Word of God like that, we would have journeyed farther in our walk with God.

There is a grace present in this meeting which would not allow us to let any word slip. We should give more earnest heed to the words of instruction, correction, and enlightenment that have come to us and not let them slip. The words coming to us are words of salvation. When we are hearing the word, we are hearing Spirit. As words are coming, the Spirit of the Lord is pointing something to us; a way is being painted to us contrary to the way we have been doing things before.

There is a way spirits behave; when the Spirit of a word enters into our soul, there is a way it behaves in us—it makes us know what to do. A spirit (of the word) can come to us and its interpretation of the word to us is to bow down in honour of others; the spirit is instructing us. Spirits have their ways and mannerisms. We are not just hearing letters, the words are Spirit and life (John 6:63)

When the word is coming, our eyes are opened to another direction, a way we should go in; it shows us how we should do things better. When we are contrite and meek, we would quickly adjust but people who are not so would not benefit from the word; they would not maximise and profit from it.

If words slip from us, what has slipped is salvation—so great salvation. Salvation is packaged in words. Building and inheritance is packaged in words, that is why we must learn the right attitude to words. The right attitude to words is to not let it slip. There are words that come to us that go against our being; they are everlasting substances, everlasting words, words of everlasting righteousness. Those words are to dismantle our wrong buildings which are not easy to be dismantled.

We are not given words of so great salvation when we first get born again; we are first trained with milk. Milk training gives us the ability to hold words, believe, rely and live on and by words (Matt 4:4). This training enables us to hold on to the word contrary to our circumstances. This training prepares us for Christ allocation.

The demands in milk cannot be compared to the demands in Christ. The demands in Christ are higher. The way the Holy Ghost dazes the soul in the season of milk makes the soul have so much joy. Casting out demons, for example, gives a measure of joy. At some point in our Christian journey, when it seemed like those spirits would refuse to heed the command, the coming of understanding made us cast them out, and it filled our hearts with Joy.

Evil spirits know when believers are ignorant, and they make jest of such believers. The revelation of the word to deal with demons is that believers do not approach evil spirits from the place of human strength. Evil spirits should be approached from the place of knowing that Jesus has defeated them. That revelation is a spirit and when it enters the soul, it enables the soul to be bold; it puts faith in our hearts to cast any demon out. We should not be afraid of casting out demons. Casting out demons is not a spectacular thing; it is what should be done by a babe in Christ.

Casting out demons is not for ministers alone, it is a sign that follows every believer. What makes a believer able to cast out evil spirits is knowledge. And activities of the Spirit like casting out demons is not for the brothers alone; brothers and sisters in the faith can cast out devils. What is pivotal is to get Spirit (understanding).

When casting out demons, we should not accept or listen to the lies of demons; their manifestations are to make believers afraid but they must not be listened to. Believers must stay on the Word and exercise the authority in the name of Jesus that has spoiled all principalities and powers (Col 2:15). We have authority to disarm spirits, and what disarms them are words coming from the place of understanding. Exercising this authority in the Spirit (Mark 16:17) in milk makes us desire more from the Lord, and it enables us to resolve to go all the way for the Lord.

Mark 16:17-18

"And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; [18] They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover."

We must know and exercise the faith in the milk dimension of the word, so we would not fall into the so-called deliverance activities or heed the doctrine of demons. These signs in Mark 16:17-18 does not make one a minister, it is the sign of one who is a believer.

Hebrews 1:1-2

"God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, [2] Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds…"

What the Father is doing now is that he is speaking to us by His Son. The Son has inherited all things, that is why He is who He is; He is an heir of all things. What He is speaking to us is all things that He inherited.

Hebrews 1:3

"Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high…"

What made Jesus the brightness of God's glory is all things that He inherited. Jesus is the express image of God's person, He is the image that expresses who God is. It means that the Father God is a Lamb. If Jesus is described as a Lamb, then the Father is a Lamb, because the Son is expressing Him. Everything the Son inherited are the things of the Father. Those inheritances are the things that configured Him to be a Lamb; they are God's substances. That means God gave Him lambish things. When we see God coming with His things, He wants to make us like Himself.

Hebrews 1:4

"Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they."

The inheritance that made the Son better than all the angels are all things of God which He inherited. Angels also have their inheritance; they are the way they are by reason of what God used to frame them—that is their portion. God framed His Son by His own very things.

1 Corinthians 2:6-7

"Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: [7] But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory…"

A lot of evil spirits trouble people in their nations. Those things called depression are works of spirits. Faith in the Lord Jesus can put those things far away from the soul. Believers can refuse their influence; believers can refuse their  thoughts and suggestions. Believers do not have to take their suggestions. A lot of people are insane because they are fellowshipping with thoughts of spirits that can be rebuked. Believers can refuse to come down with those spirit-infused characters—spirits can by diabolical means make a human begin to work and walk like them.

Spirits trouble men and a lot of believers have not developed the capacity to handle spirits. We need to develop the capacity to handle spirits by believing in the word of God. When we have understanding, we can know when an evil spirit is talking to us and fight it by the word. We can discern the thoughts of an evil spirit and refuse it.  Divorce is so easy because of the presence of evil spirits; they divide husband and wife with strong thoughts, thoughts which have dominated their atmosphere.

Tongue and Interpretation (2)

"Convolution of spirits, convolution of many many spirits, high spirits, wicked twisted spirits over your atmosphere, blanketing men, veiling men, teaching men, ordering men. They have taken men through the course of this world; now they are culturing men in evil, wicked stuff. Wicked spirits giving wicked spirits, wicked counsel – counsels against God and His kingdom. I hate them, I want to dislodge them, I want to remove them from your heavens but I need men; I need foot soldiers. I need men who can walk, I need men who can obey doctrine. I need men who can walk contrary to their raisings, buildings and the blessings they put upon men. I need you, I need you; that is why I am putting many responsibilities upon you even by the way of commandments that I am bringing your way, I need you to cooperate with Me to bring down these defeated foes. They are already defeated, Jesus has already discomfited them but you need to walk to make this a reality even by your own walk, by your own obedience.

You need to learn obedience. You need to learn to obey the leading of the Spirit, that you may dislodge spirits; and one of the spirits I want to dislodge is the spirit of divorce, even the spirit that is set against the marriage institution, that set man against woman and woman against man. They make the house boil and are against the peace that God has ordained for to raise a godly home, even for to raise children that can be a tool in the hands of God. I say obey Me, obey Me, obey Me; I am speaking to you wives, obey: submit. Even to husbands, love Your wife. Submit to one another. Allow the doctrine of Christ and the doctrine of the Father be the tool, even the law by which you lead your life, says the Spirit of the Lord."

(Message Continues…)

People have trouble with spirits but if such people grow, they would be able to recognize spirits and put them under. Evil spirits talk to believers, even believers who have gone very far ahead; they still speak about their spouses and the talking increases at some locations. If one is sensitive, he would discern those thoughts as contrary to the word of God. We must not obey those evil thoughts; we must choose carefully who we obey and it takes growth for us to recognize satanic thoughts and disobey them.

It takes growth to discern satanic thoughts and know that those thoughts are not from God. We must refuse them; when they persist, we must rebuke them. We do not have to be a mighty man of God to rebuke these evil thoughts; we must refuse them vehemently and tell them to go. At some points, we need to open our mouths and talk, saying we do not want those thoughts, we rebuke them, and that we would not obey them. We must rebuke thoughts that are against the thoughts of Christ and the thoughts of the Son of God. It takes those revelations to detect what spirits are peddling and that is why we must hear and keep hearing, because without knowledge and understanding a believer cannot fight spirits.

Satan does not want godly homes because he knows that when godly homes arise, they would do exploits for God. So Satan would come and paint the wife badly before the husband and vice versa. He would keep focusing on their shortcomings and suggest evil reactions to them. We must fight these thoughts.

1 Corinthians 2:6-9 KJV

Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: [7] But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: [8] Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. [9] But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

This is a preparation; these things are our inheritances. These things are the preparation of God for those that love Him. These things are for them who have shown their love by obeying the doctrine of Christ. It is not for them that believe alone, it is for them that love. If anyone says He loves God, then He must keep His commandments (John 14:15). These things are prepared for those who have yielded, who have used the doctrine of Christ. They have not just learnt it; they have lived by it and by doing so, they have gained a stature, a raising and a building that can take these things.

1 Corinthians 2:10 KJV

But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

These are the things Jesus inherited, they are the things of God, the deep things of God. He became heir of all these things. 1 Corinthians 2:11, For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God: what God prepared for us are the things of God, His things are our inheritance.

1 Corinthians 2:12 KJV

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

These things of God prepared for them that love Him are communicated by speaking (1 Cor 2:13). Things are communicated by words, things of God, things of our salvation are communicated by words. So if we let words slip, then we are letting things that are prepared for us by God slip. These things are spoken. Inside the things being spoken are our inheritance, so our attitude to these things being spoken are important. For us to inherit, for us to be built, we must take heed to what is being spoken. These things cannot be received by a carnal man; a carnal man cannot know them (1 Cor 2:14), that is why we need to be raised to a place where we would be able to receive things of our inheritance.

We are raised by taking heed to the Word of Christ. We must obey the doctrine of Christ so that when things of God are spoken—things of inheritance, things of salvation, things that would build us a tabernacle for God—we would not count it as foolish. We should not ridicule the words that bring the things of God. Anyone that ridicules the word of things of God has not been raised by the previous allocation which is in Christ. Such has not been doing the previous allocation, and such is neglecting inheritance and building.

Building is so important because the storm is coming. The Lord said to the handmaiden of the Lord years ago saying, “Build yourself an ark”, like He is saying to us now. Building an ark refers to the word of salvation. We must not joke with what God is saying because anyone that neglects it would be stranded when the time comes. We must give the earnest heed to what we are hearing when it comes to building. We cannot separate building from words that the Holy Ghost speaks.

Hebrews 3:15 KJV

While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.

His voice communicates commandments, and instructions, that is how we are being saved. Some could not endure that which was being spoken (Heb 12:20). In the voice, there are instructions and commandments and corrections, but they could not endure it. They could not give themselves to it; but we must endure what is being spoken and give ourselves wholly to it.

What makes people harden their heart is because they are not persuaded about what is being given; they are more persuaded about their state, stand and ground. This is because, many times, what is being spoken wants to kill the wrong nature in us, it wants to break and remould us. So we shift grounds by taking heed to what is being spoken, and it is for salvation. It is inheritance that is being given to us by words spoken. There is no other way to enter into inheritance except by words. We must hear the voice of God and when we hear it, we must not harden our hearts.

What makes people harden their hearts is what Scripture calls the deceitfulness of sin. Sin is the life of a being, it is the lifestyle and laws in the devil sold to man. He has deceived and convinced man to believe it as the right thing and made us believe it is our life, so when the words that are coming are being spoken, they are coming for this wrong satanic life that has become our life in us. This life is not our life, it is the life Satan has sold to man. He has lied and made us persuaded that it is our life, so we fight to protect it and defend it. One would despise the message of salvation because it is affecting his life, which is not really his life.

Christ is our life, and God wants to make Christ our life, so He brings the standard of Christ’s life to us by speakings so we can receive it, obey it and do it. It becomes our life by doing it.

Hebrews 3:1 KJV

Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;

What the High Priest of our profession is armed with are the things pertaining to God (Heb 5:1) and He wants to give us these things. He wants to minister these things to us but He ministers them by words.

Hebrews 3:2-3

Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house. [3] For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house.

The gospel is about building.

Hebrews 3:4-5

For every house is builded by some man ; but he that built all things is God. [5] And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after.

Moses was faithful in all his house because he was building according to commandments and instructions (Exo 26:30). It is not easy to build according to commandments; he could do that because He was meek. It is not easy to build according to the pattern if one is not meek because one would have his own ideas that would seem better than the idea of God. When building, we have to be meek. It is only meek people that can build according to pattern, and we must be weak; we must accept that we do not know what God wants to build and so willingly yield to the Lord for every detail and every step to go. We must not move except God shows us how to go about things. That is why when God wants to choose people to build, He chooses people that are weak.

God had to make Moses meek before the building of the tabernacle was committed to His hands. Scripture says Moses was the meekest man on earth (Num 12:3). Noah was also referred to as a just man in His generation, and he walked with God (Gen 6:9): no wonder God was able to commit the building of the ark to his hands. We cannot walk with God and not be meek. If we walk with a meek God, He would make us meek in the walk. A man who walks with God must be meek to take instructions without questioning Him, or suggesting another idea to Him. Anyone that questions continually or suggests other ways and ideas to God would not arrive at the right place.

Hebrews 3:5-6 KJV

And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after; [6] But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.

We would not become God's house if we do not hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end. We hold fast by doing obedience. When we are not doing the things we are hearing, it would slip. We hold by doing, when we are doing we would become the building of God. We must do obedience firm to the end.

Hebrews 3:7-11 KJV

Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice, [8] Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness: [9] When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years. [10] Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways. [11] So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)

Rest is entrance into the Holiest of All but to enter, we have to be spoken into it. We have to be spoken into the Holiest of All. The voice communicates ways into the Holiest of All; it tells us the way to walk in. Evil spirits come to communicate the wrong way to us but the voice of God communicates His ways; that is why we must take heed to what is being spoken. We must take heed so that we must become the house indeed and enter into rest. There is no entering into rest, if we do not know how to relate with words. There is no inheritance if we do not know how to relate with words that carry substances of God. These words carry spirit, they carry life. We must not joke with these words, some of them might be as simple as obeying your husband.

Words are not esoteric; they are communicated in a still small voice that tells us what to do. The voice can tell us to change direction. The still small voice shows us the way forward, it shows us the way to quell spirits; it shows us the way to prevent an evil cloud over our heads. Obeying the still small voice dispels Satan, so Satan does not have a resting ground and has to flee. By such obedience, one would be able to journey into God.

When we stay in our own rights and justification in a matter, we stop making forward movements, journey stops. When we obey God and His commandments we are not dishonoured; we do not reduce in stature, rather we increase.

We should pray for a good attitude to the word; we should ask God for how to respond to the things being spoken. What is being spoken communicates ways and laws of inheritance such that if obeyed, we would inherit the substances inside the law and commandments. Satan has deceived us to make us feel unrighteousness is righteous and is our right and life, but it is not our life. Righteousness is our life, and its voice communicates righteousness to us. We should do it and we would be built. When we do it, we would be saved.

We must hold on to what we have heard. We should beseech the Lord for the capacity to retain and obey what we have heard. We need to retain to be built. Henceforth, we must not let go of the slightest instruction, we must not let it slip. We must not behave like a basket that leaks instructions. We must beseech God for our hearts not to leak instructions; we should hold them because it is inheritance.

Blessings!
