                                                                                             Transcript Excerpt

As believers, there are benefits to being knowledgeable in the word but this level is not sufficient to impact us; we need to move beyond the level of hearing (to doing) in order to experience a change in our souls. The word ‘knowledge’ refers to birth; this means it should be the engraving of an image in the heart. Until we get to the point where the image of God is engrafted in us, we would only show forth moralism or humanism and deny the power of God that is unto salvation (2 Tim. 3:5). The aroma of righteousness that many believers display is only a product of their natural discipline or background.

The word must be engrafted in our hearts to the extent that we carry God's image. But this is a process of salvation that takes time. We are to keep fighting until we gain entrance into the great plan of God (salvation), by moving beyond the mental knowledge of the revelations being taught. The words we are hearing must lead to a rewriting of our DNAs.

We must understand that the principle to transit/enter into salvation has its starting point in the administration of death in the soul of man. Self-actualization and self-determination have to be put to death in us until Christ is revealed in us. The soul of a man is filled up with things of the flesh, worldliness, sin, iniquity and the covering cast of religious doctrines; these are things that have hindered us from seeing the path of salvation.

We need to open our hearts and be sincere in the sight of God before we can experience a change; this is what it means to really have an encounter with the things God is bringing forth this season. Death must be administered to our souls until we surrender to God. A corn of wheat will not bring forth fruit until it has fallen to the ground and died (Jn. 12:24). Life cannot spring forth in our souls until we go through the processes that would make us experience a rebirth.

"Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls." (James 1:21). We have been taught the process and technology involved in transporting God into a man. God is a step down into knowledge, and this knowledge is transferred into us through the ministration of the word. When the word of God has become engrafted in our hearts through different processes of death, we are on our journey to the salvation that was prophesied for man. Salvation is the ability of a man to inherit God and live like Him. When the Bible says that anyone who commits sin does not know God (1 Jn. 3:6), it implies that the level of knowledge we acquire must get to the point where the word of God is engrafted in us not to sin. This is the point where the Son of God is grafted into us and expressed through us.
