“But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world” (Gal. 6:14). The cross is an installation of glory. However, there are other kinds of glory outside this glory. Paul found mercy to get to this point where he saw every glory outside that of the cross as a vainglory. There are some expressions of vainglory that we do not yet have enough capacity of everlasting righteousness to x-ray properly. As such, we have to gather thoughts in the righteousness of the Son so that we can x-ray every glory that is inferior or contrary to that which Paul wrote about.

“Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness” (1 Thess. 5:5). It is a major milestone for us as a company to become children of light and start relating with the day of salvation. We first journeyed to a place where we could stand by journeying with the light of Christ faith, hope and charity (1 Cor. 13:13). However, we can now stand and be equipped with a higher allocation of light or judgement that can prepare us against evil (Eph. 6:14). There are also expressions of negative lights in the kingdom of darkness.

The light that man first used – sin and death – was a lesser light likened to the light of the moon. It was a light that came through ignorance. A man can still be helped out of this state of darkness if he repents, as the light commensurate to it comes (to dispel it). A soul can only perish if it did not repent when the light of faith came. The light of faith is what qualifies a people to be called ‘children of light’.

“The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night” (Ps. 121:6). If a man does not repent from sin when the light of faith is shining, he will finish using sin and develop the capacity to relate with a higher darkness called the 'sun'. This sun only smites those who have developed the capacity to use higher darkness.

“The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: He shall preserve thy soul” (Psalm 121:7). If you are walking with the light that is upon us, you are walking against an evil day you are disobeying the evil of a negative everlasting righteousness. Those who perish graduate from one light to the other. ‘All evil’ refers to lights. The sun and the moon are worlds that have fallen into corruption; they communicate corruption through education. The realm of preservation is the realm of the Father and this is what everlasting righteousness wants to do – bring us into this realm.

“For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. [8] And having food and raiment let us be therewith content” (1 Timothy 6:7-8). The enemy uses the things in this world – which are the problems of many believers today – to train souls. People are in church to get the things of the world, but this is not what the church was ordained for. We brought nothing to this world, and we will certainly leave with nothing. Many of the rich men in this world have a false humility that comes from an evil righteousness; it is a worldly expression of humility that a natural man can have. Many people draw inspiration from their lifestyles, but one cannot draw life as defined by God from them. Their false humility is a wisdom to preserve something.

That conversation is meant to draw attention to self; it is a wisdom meant to make the headlines. It looks new and different, but it is still a vainglory. There is nothing that a natural man will do that does not have to do with embellishing his name, for he does not have the power to do otherwise.

“But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition” (1 Tim. 6:9). These are measurements of death that the soul will go through to move from a season where he loves the things that are in the world to a season where he will love a higher glory than the glory around things. There are glories around things which speak, and can pull a man. However, outside the glory of things that have lustre, there are glories of things that the eyes cannot see.

There is an evil day on earth already. The darkness on the earth is so thick that a knife can cut through it (Isa. 60:2). As long as there is a troop that is walking at the pace of this light, this darkness is meant to be a thing of the past. When this darkness becomes a thing of the past, all of us will arrive at a portal in the spirit called “The Beginning”. At this point, we would have changed from being fellows of light (fellows of Christ) to being fellows of the day. It is on this day that the Father heals what the light of Christ could not heal.

“For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God…” (1 Thess. 1:9). Turning to God is turning to God’s day or God’s civilization. This is where the residual effects of the education of the present lights–the lights of the sun and the moon–are dealt with. The light of Christ does not heal all the exposures that we had. Though we may not do evil with the negative lights, the potentials still reside within us. We all have a knowledge that can be traced to what Adam ate and this is what confirms the presence of death in us.

We are to graduate from being children of light to become children of the day. Some of us are children of the light while some are children of the day. The fact that one has turned from idols does not mean such a person cannot turn back to them again. If they do not continue to turn with the everlasting light and they glory in anything that Jesus did not glory in, they will experience the defilement of that season. It could even be in thoughts because defilement in the season of the Most Holy is in thoughts. When we engage these foul thoughts and have peace with them, it is because the light of the everlasting gospel has not been able to flow freely within us.

Hebrews 11 is a thesis of men that started with an expression of faith that can be likeable to the faith of the Son and journeyed to a place where they used faith for something higher. They were able to come to a Most Holy expression of faith. The last thing that was being talked about in Hebrews 10 was the salvation of the soul. This means that Hebrews 11 is about the salvation of the soul, even though the promise had not been embodied.

God took those patriarchs to a place where they were so detached from the world, just like He would do to us. We should be so passionate about glorying in the cross of Christ as Paul did (Gal 6:14). However, we do not have this passion because the count of life that we have is not yet traceable to what we would obtain when we keep the commandments that accompany all these words we are hearing. The passion for the cross of Christ should carry a weight in us so that we can resist the pull of the world and ignore evil thoughts.

The weapons listed in Ephesians 6:14-17 are things that a Christ company will be equipped with in the season of everlasting life due to a change of warfare. One of the weapons mentioned was the shield of the faith. This shield is faith from the Holy place. In the season of the Most Holy that we are in, there is a faith called the most holy faith.

Fiery darts are thoughts that can make a believer draw back (Heb. 10:39) and sometimes, it is difficult to resolve the thoughts that make up these darts. That is why we need people who can resolve these thoughts to comfort us with the comfort they have received. “Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand” (Eph. 6:13). This verse is a comfort of the Holy Ghost.

The way we can please God in the seasons ahead is to secure victories in some warfare that are ahead. When Paul was talking about handling the evil of the day, one of the instructions he gave was to be sober (1 Thess. 5:18). Some scriptures will not open up if we are not sober. If we do not esteem the comfort of the Holy Ghost more than the things we need physically, then there is an imbalance.

We are looking for the spirit of the Father. If we do not have this hunger, some things will not come our way. Jeremiah had this hunger; there was a vacuum in his soul that food could not address (Jer. 15:16).

We should be bearing fruits daily. There should be a devotion to what we define as life. Understanding these things should be our oxygen. When we get to this point, we will have the comprehension of people who have been passionate about it. We have to jealously desire it, for the realm of God is the realm of jealousy.

“[6]Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober” (1 Thess. 5:6-8). The more we tarry with such scriptures, the more we see. If we labour as we ought to, we will comprehend much more and our walk will be more circumspect. There is a soberness that can raise a godly man and help him deny the ungodliness around this world in a measure (Tit. 2:12). This soberness is a priestly frame for engaging with heaven. We do not have this frame because the world keeps our minds busy.

By God’s grace, we are on course to inherit salvation. Some of us are going through some dealings so that we can be tailored to wear some garments and carry the weights of these garments. The souls of our parents are carrying weights of judgements. As the season goes by and we profit from the dealings that come with this enlightenment, we are being tailored to wear these garments. The breastplate of faith and love is also the breast of righteousness (1 Thess. 5:8), which we will need to stand in the evil day, without which we cannot please God.

“For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloke” (Isa. 59:17). We are being tailored, especially those who are going through a lot without any comfort in the natural. Some of us are going through situations where it seems like hope is deferred, and we are still trusting God for answers to prayers because of promises and prophecies that have gone ahead of us. All of these are to tailor us so that we can fit into these garments. When we do so, we walk with Him in white, just like the church in Sardis (Rev. 3:4). By this equipping, we will overcome the world.

People who come into this will be able to walk in a manner that is without spot because they will have enough everlasting life judgement to resolve thoughts. When we wait on this light, it opens up more to us and we will become able to resolve and judge thoughts concerning many things. This is the path to becoming judges.

Blessings!
