“For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; Neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. Thou wilt shew me the path of life: In thy presence is fulness of joy; At thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” (Ps. 16:10-11). The path of life that He shows is the New and Living Way (Heb. 10:20). Jesus is in God's presence and through His flesh, He has also made a way for us to come into God’s presence (Heb. 10:20). God needs to show us mercy and help us to be able to partake of His flesh and blood, so we can escape the corruption that works through lust (2 Pet. 1:4).
A time should come in the life of a believer where he escapes the corruption in this world, even in the days of his flesh. We must be free from the things that are in the world – the pride of life, lust of the flesh and lust of the eyes (1 John 2:16). A soul that is free from these things is in Christ. The word of Christ is the first prophecy to escape the things that are in the world through lust.
The only way for a soul to partake of a thing is by sight. As such, it is important that the eyes of the soul be enlightened. The heart and the mind were lent to the world by man after the fall and they became instruments of sin. When man lent the world those instruments, the world introduced corruption into man’s soul. Some of the corruption that found its way into our soul can be traced to about two or three generations backwards. However, Adam would not have had the challenge of relating with the realm of everlasting and Eternal Life like some of us have today because corruption did not find so much entrance into his soul.
There is a glory that everlasting life wants to bring to our soul. Adam came short of everlasting life; he was meant to complete the curriculum of everlasting life by eating the Tree of Life in the garden of Eden (Gen. 2:9). If he had completed the curriculum of everlasting life, he would not have fallen, just like Jesus. Jesus did not fall to Satan because He had already come into the divine nature. Jesus as an everlasting Man had high judgements. As such, He could see through Satan's thoughts, which is why He could respond to Satan’s temptations with what was written (Luke 4:1-3).
The little children in 1 John used the milk of the word, which contains a power that enables one to come to God. It is by this word empowerment that some journeyed to become young men. The young men used the word of God to live, which is why it found an abode in them (1 John 2:14).
Everlasting life is the youthful season of the Holy Place. If those young men overcame the wicked one, and they now came into the realm of abiding, it means that we are also meant to experience the living and abiding portion of that word. The young men were abiding with an allocation of the word of God that is powerful but there is a portion that is quick, which they also needed to come into. The knowledge of God found a resting place in these men.
Those who have gone through the sufferings of Christ will be comforted and raised to partake of the divine nature. Job came into glory at the end of all his sufferings. In all the things that Job suffered, he did not sin nor charge God foolishly (Job 1:22). This temptation would also come our way. As we journey in the spirit, we would war against spirits that we have not had warred with before. To sin is to go against the knowledge of God that one has gathered.
In the book of Genesis, men of old lived before they gave birth, so that they could bear seeds that would relate to the plan of God in the beginning (Gen. 5). God's arrangement (in some of our dealings presently) is to firstly collect the age that is called “sin and death” until we can escape the corruption that works through lust, until lust is no more a mystery to us.
“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” (Rom. 8:2). Paul embodied the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus. He also got to a point where he delighted in the law of God (Rom. 7:22), which is so because he had delighted in the law of Christ and had embodied it. However, he found another law at work in his members which only the law of God could cure (Rom. 7:23-25). This means that the law of God communicates the word of God. Paul saw that his flesh was carrying corruption (Rom. 7:18). In his soul he was carrying everlasting life, but he later saw the need to carry the seed in his soul to term.
When this journey (obedience) is fulfilled, there are disobediences God would begin to avenge (2 Cor. 10:6) because God never planned that even our body would see corruption. Our Lord Jesus had this mindset, which is why He went down to hell to address the wrath of God (Psa. 16:10). He was in hell for three days, not for His disobedience but for man's disobedience. After the three days' judgement, the wrath of God for man's disobedience would have been appeased.
“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.” (Rom. 8:11). God has a plan for the body, not just the soul, with the feeding of the word of everlasting life and Eternal Life that is currently going on. What we can see presently are pictures of what a soul that is carrying the glory of everlasting life looks like, but God wants to take us to a place where corruption would be displaced from our bodies. Paul delighted in the law of God for this purpose because the wrong law in his body ought not to be there.
“For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: [23] But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members” (Rom. 7:22-23). The reason why corruption is still in the body is because a wrong law is still in the body. If the law of the spirit of life could be introduced to the soul of Paul and an everlasting law was then introduced to a good degree, it means a time would come when the law of sin and death that was responsible for some thoughts would be dealt with.
“For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ” (1 Cor. 2:16). The mind of Paul had been instructed by the Father and while instructing, his mind had come in subjection to the Father of spirits (Heb. 12:9) and started living as a result. He was the kind of man that did not live by bread alone but by every word of God (Matt. 4:4). He was not just a new man; he was an everlasting man.
“And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.” (Rom. 8:10). The body is dead, and as such, it presently cannot respond to God. However, if the body can respond to Satan, it can also respond to God. A time will come when the body would firstly be able to respond to the life called “Christ”. The body is dead because of sin (lust) and the doctrine of Christ deals with a portion of it but there is still a lust that is not yet overcome by those who have escaped corruption that is in the world, except they partake of divine nature (2 Pet. 1:4).
There is still an immunity from lust that the body does not yet have. As such, the journey of the soul into the Most Holy Place is to drive, even the body into a place where the law of death in it would be judged. This journey to the Most Holy Place is a worship and this worship is firstly towards the Father.
“Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. [22] Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.” (John 4:21-22). Man needs to be saved to have the capacity to worship the Father. This means the works of everlasting life are needed to worship the Father.
“Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.” (John 4:23). When a man becomes a Jew in the spirit, he comes into salvation – he becomes a people of God. “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.” (John 4:23). In the day of salvation, there is an hour. After we have journeyed like the young men of old did and become fathers, we will come into an hour where we can worship the Father.
"..but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath." (Matt. 13:12b) The lack in this soul will make him not win those warfares and see his heart become a good ground to receive the incorruptible seed. "For whosoever hath” (Matt. 13:12a) means the heavens don't withhold, they'll always give because there is a cry for that seed, there's a desire. This desire comes from a child who is now in the Most Holy, and God cannot withhold from such. One of the reasons a believer cannot profit with that seed is because such has not profited with the word of His grace. As long as you have a good ground, more will be given.
These men in Revelation 3:9 will come and worship before your feet because your feet have been beautified with salvation to a good degree. Those whose feet have been beautified are a company of those who worship the Father in Spirit and truth.
God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24). While worshiping the Father, the Philadelphia got to a state where they could not deny His name. They had journeyed from not denying His faith to holding fast His name. They held it till they got a testimony that they didn't deny the last and first world of everlasting life. What they give to a Christ company is everlasting life.
“Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.” (Revelation 3:10) This is patience in the realm of the Most Holy. This company had been heavenly in their thought; they could respond to the Father in their thoughts. When you check the meditation of a man's soul, worship is ongoing. When a believer begins or sets his heart on things above, and the meditation of his heart is acceptable, that soul is journeying.
Jesus was to come quickly now because He had come first (Rev. 3:11). They had kept faith with the allocation of the word that is powerful. They had been made willing and were journeying to the womb of the morning. By the life of Christ, they had lost an age towards the world and by the light of the Father, they had also lost a higher age by loving the brethren. It is an exploit of everlasting life that brought them to the beginning. This is what qualifies a soul to access the fellowship of the Father and the Son with which a soul will then access everlasting life.
The allocation of the word of God that a Christ company would engage is what would empower them not to deny His name; it would bring them into a youthful stage (1 John 2:13-14). There was an allocation of that word that has been sent and they have lived and abided with. There is still a coming of the Lord that is quickly. (Rev. 22:12) The season of coming quickly comes because works are in place. “Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown” (Rev. 3:11). This has to do with the crown given for keeping the commandment of everlasting life.
The Father does not just raise the dead, He quickens (Rom. 8:11). This church has not just experienced raising but also a quickening. This is a season of Eternal Life when the Lord is coming with rewards to honour those who have completed their seasons in everlasting life. There is a completion of that curriculum and by not denying His name, they could be identified as true worshippers. The Philadelphia church has come to a state of being identified as a Jew because salvation is of the Jew (Rev. 3:9). When a people come to a place where they can worship the Father, they will be decked with the good and perfect gift that will enable them to relate with God.
One thing that would hinder us from having fellowship with Eternal Life is iniquity. In the service and worship of the Father, there is a way one ought to be prepared, like Job. Job came into fatherhood at a time when he had the glories of his youth. Even at this, there was a need to prove his faith. There is need for us to know that it is possible for a man not to sin; that a man can be put through any pressure and not deny the name of the Lord, even when he is being slain. It is possible for a man to deny his own will for the sovereignty of God’s will. This was demonstrated in Job and when he passed the trial, God blessed him with a reward.
When a people are made subject to the Father of all spirits and they live out everlasting life to the end without denying its demands and commandments, there will still be an obedience expected of them. The essence of worshipping the Father is to prepare a people to worship God, to make them spirits that can bear the understanding of the True God (1 John 5:20). The journey of everyone who is privileged to partake of this seed, from the womb to the Throne (Rev 12:5), is a doctrine. It is the quickening season. A people will journey to the womb, where they will live and abide, firstly by the word of God that is powerful and then the Lord will come quickly.
The essence of the divine nature is so that a man can relate with the Godhead. The process of relating with the Godhead, after worshiping the Father in spirit and in truth, brings a man to a state where he can worship God in spirit and in truth. Every man has lost sin and death by interaction with the world. By everlasting life, the lost age will be collected and one can then become a father. The knowledge of Christ collects the lost age in sin and death and then we are exposed to the knowledge of God which then makes us become fathers. The gospel of Christ, Everlasting Life, and Eternal Life reverses the natural birth process. We are first taken back to the womb, where we are fed until we can then relate with the invisibilities of that estate. As we make progress in the realms of invisibilities, we come into the deepers invisibilities of the Father. Just as in the spirit, the process of birthing a child in the natural is not different. Fathers in the spirit will find their way back to the Godhead, into the realm of invisibility, from where they came.
The womb has many mornings, we would get to be able to live in the womb until we get to the point where we are holy and no longer have anything that can be traced by our father and mother.
When we carry the incorruptible seed to term, this scripture will bring the soul to the place where it can relate with God. (1 Peter 1:3-5) It is comforting to know that the Philadelphia church came to this point where an open door was laid before them. A time will come when some will be able to relate with that door because they have not denied His name.
The dealings God will bring our way are unique because we all married sin and death in different ways, which is why our salvation processes are different. Our dealings are based on how corruption found itself in our souls.
Our individual dealings are to deal with what we inherited from corruption. God is not just raising a company of those who will worship the Father in spirit and truth but He wants us to be able to relate with Eternal Life in the days of our flesh and by the work the Lord is doing this season, we will be caught up to the throne this season.
Amen.
