The realm of God is unknown to man and angels, but we must capture it before we can sit on the Throne. The Lord is resolute about giving some people the opportunity to sit on the Throne (Heb 4:6). However, we have to be faithful in accessing the doors that make up that realm. We must not be familiar with the words that are being spoken to us at these times. In a matter of time, souls will be seated on the Throne of God. The witness to this is the intensity of the speakings of God and how He is making that realm plain to us.
A soul that can sight (understand) everything that is invisible has known this realm. This is not just comforting but also fearful. One way we can therefore respond to this is by desiring to get to a point where we appreciate the Lord by sinning not. We should be committed to please God. Faith should keep rising in our hearts concerning what is being spoken to us.
Before a man embarks on a journey, he must have thought of his destination. However, when God wants to raise a man, He does not know everything from the beginning. God will have to keep revealing the unknown to him. This was how God led men like Abraham and Noah (Gen 12:1). Those who are going to be brought to that realm are going to be beaten to that shape, for it is a prophetic configuration. Our Lord Jesus also got to this point.
The dealing of not knowing the end of a matter has a way it alters with our souls. It passes a sentence of death to our human frame and helps us to reach the bottomless pit of our souls because there is a place that man must respond to God from. Death has married time. Whenever something can be calculated, it means death lurks around it. However, when you want to bring a limitation to death, introduce something that is after the order of eternity. This is what faith begins to do, even though it does not perfect it.
It was God's wisdom to create a realm of the unseen because that is His world. The understanding of this realm is the only way God can raise a man to develop a sense above the angelic. If we are going to judge angels, we have to develop a sense that is preeminent in the world to come.
“These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.” (Gen. 6:9). Noah’s soul was stretched because he was taken through a process of being spoken to from the unknown. As such, God was able to bring him to a point where he was just and perfect. He was raised to an estate where he was able to relate with invisible things that are a type of Christ. Noah was not born a just man. God used a dealing of faith to raise him to become a just man, just like He did to Abraham. God raised him as a man of the covenant of life and peace, and he was brought to perfection by being opened up to the realm of the unknown. This was the season where God opened him to the chapter of life where he could walk with God.
For Noah to have walked in perfection, God installed judgements of everlasting life in him. You need everlasting life to walk with God. Noah got to a point where he became a father (in the spirit). God could deal with him as a father because a sense had been raised in him. God raised his sense by bringing him to an unfamiliar ground. At this point, a soul responds to God from arenas that he does not know about.
“For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.” (1 Cor. 13:12). Whenever God is speaking from the realm of the unknown, we will not have a clue about that realm unless we launch out into it. God is awakening the realms of our souls.
By the light of Christ, a soul is ushered into a season where what is unknown about the life called righteousness becomes tangible. The conversations that border on life and peace were once unknown to us, but as God kept speaking to us about that realm and exercised our senses, it became a reality to handle those conversations.
“And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; [6] And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; [7] And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.” (2 Peter 1:5-7). These conversations are unknown to a carnal man. To make them become tangible to a man, he needs to be introduced to the light of that realm. The light of this realm is the eyes of the Spirit of the Lord. As he is being introduced to that ream, the senses of his soul are awoken. Then, such a man can walk until he can measure up to the standard of life that is constituted in Christ. When he can respond to Christ, heaven would have disabled what makes him respond to the world.
The life of Christ will become tangible to such a man. The whole purpose of that is to open up a season where such a man is called to walk with God. The wisdom of God behind what took place in Eden was to awaken a sense in a man by which he would be able to walk with and trust God. Some have not yet been called into the fivefold ministry but heaven is preparing them to experience the height of priesthood where they will walk with God. This was what happened to Job.
“Giving no offence in any thing, that the ministry be not blamed: [4] But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses, [5] In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings…” (2 Cor. 6:3-5). These are all vulnerable moments for men. For many, God uses such situations to get their attention like he has never done before. He uses that to awaken a sense in them and to separate them from their fears. The reason for all the trying moments in Paul’s life (apart from the fact that there was the activity of apostolic call upon his life) was so that God could save his soul and cause him to know the unknown God.
A soul cannot know the unknown God without contradictions. This is why we are being blessed through our parents and pastors for they have also gone through these things. It was during these points that God made known Himself to them (2 Cor. 6:16-18). The courts of a soul are opened up through these trials and light is taken through them to get to the core of the soul because the goal of everlasting life is to capture the most holy court of the soul.
The beauty about the life of faith is that God takes away all our alternatives and teaches us what is written concerning that spiritual or natural expereince, so that we can gather and possess its substance. There is a sense in man that will not be activated except God leads him through seasons like this. Therefore, if we have this world’s goods, we are meant to relate with them as if we do not have them. This will help launch us into His realm.
From Eden, man was meant to have only one alternative—the Word. This was how God made him to live. When we have other things to fall back to or when the Lord has not dealt with other alternatives in us, we are not yet living. However, when we have only the faith that is in the Son to fall back to, we would be walking against the course of this world and relating with the invisible—this is what pleases God.
“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” (Heb. 11:6). No matter the level we get to in God, there is still something invisible and unknown to know. The same faith is what Christ used to relate with God, the Unknown. This process of faith is to awaken the everlasting sense in a man, enable him to handle everlasting conversations and address his indebtedness of love to his generation.
“Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.” (Rom. 13:8). This scripture means we should owe no man but God anything. We start by being able to give Christ or life to men in all of our conversations. Whenever anyone is walking in hope, faith and charity, that person is giving life because he has believed (1 Cor. 13:5). This means God has taken the person through a season where alternatives have been taken away and he has been constrained to fall back to a particular word or commandment and walk in the light of it, until he gains custody of it.
A man who will walk with God or know the unknown God must do so by faith. This is a labour that the Hebrew church was being called into. It was a labour that some of the churches in Revelation were struggling with and thereby falling back to familiar grounds. We all love and easily fall back to the familiar. It is still unnatural for man to relate with that which is unfamiliar or outside his arrangement. The unknown is actually an arrangement meant for man.
There is a contentment or relaxation we have when we know the end of a thing. However, when we do not, there is this unknown fear we respond with. God is therefore decking us with judgment to a place where even when we do not know the end of a thing, we are at rest because the soul has come into rest. This is what everlasting life wants to achieve in us. Our Lord Jesus did not know what hell will look like experientially, but he used everlasting life to relate with that unknown experience accurately till the end. He used it to commit himself to the ultimate will (John 10:19).
It will take eternal power for us to be at rest when we do not know the end of a thing. When we do so, we are generating pleasure and worship to God (Heb 11:6). The sufferings we go through when we are being reviled are all reactions from the realm of death. Jesus however responded to them with everlasting life while on earth, for He possessed His soul (1 Pet 2:23).
“That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness…” (Col. 1:11). The dividends of increase in the knowledge of God are that eternal powers will be communicated to us. These eternal powers are what our Lord Jesus Christ reverted to when He was reviled against. We are going to come into a kind of fatherhood in everlasting life that will enable us walk with God. However, the season of walking with God has its own works like the first and last works, which are works that will raise a christ to become a father. By those works a believer will overcome and by overcoming, have a rapport with Eternal Life. It is by overcoming that a man possesses his soul.
“For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you. God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands…” (Acts 17:23-28). The knowledge of the unknown God is to bring man to a place where he would really relate with the unknown God. In God we live, move and have our being shows that He is where man is meant to spring or originate from. Satan has been left in hell so that, like our Lord Jesus, we can overcome him. God will use the different circumstances we go through to train us to be free of edges and alternatives, then save us. The reason these things are being said is for us to come to a place where we will go through our trials with excitement knowing that through them a world is commissioned.
A carnal mind is a mind that is set on carnal things has negatively profited from carnality and has come into a negative spiritual realm which makes such a soul ungodly (1 Cor. 3:1). Also, when a soul is spiritually minded, he has his affection set on things above. To set your affections on things above is to set your affections on good and perfect lights, which together make the everlasting light. The purpose of this light is to bring a soul to the point where he is aligned with the Throne. When bringing a soul into alignment, the soul is being trained. The word of righteousness will help one exercise his mind until it is set on things above.
The warfare in Eden was against the mind, so God wants to now capture the mind. The essence of dealings is to beat that mind to shape, such that, all that the mind will seek for will be the throne. For this to happen, the soul will need increased strength. This strength will come from the light dispensed by the Father of light. So, the same affection a soul has once had for the world will now be used for spiritual things.
“But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.” (Heb. 5:14) Good and evil is a knowledge (light). It would take all the judgement of everlasting life to handle this good and evil. It is while doing so that a soul will be prepared for the Throne. The whole economy of the testament is to develop senses. There was a demand of the faith in Christ, but we grew to delight in the demand. We were weaned from our carnal desires by commandments; we grew above the situation to the point where we are not bothered about it. There is a type of sense God is raising. The end product of that experience is for us to discern to have judgment, where death ceases to be a mystery.
“I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. [3] And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) [4] How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.” (2 Cor. 12:2-4) The realm of the Eden hidden seal is commissioning the words that are being brought over us and it is to bring man to paradise. We have a motivation in the person of God's servant, Reverend Kayode Oyegoke, that God is using to reach us. The mind that has once been limited can now begin to comprehend the thoughts of paradise. The word coming to us is a comfort to our generation. This is a sign that death, the last enemy, would be conquered.
We are yet to come to a full realization that the god of this world has nothing to offer. He does have things to offer but we are going to be raised by light that will set our affections on things above. They are bringing redemption to our affections. They are redeeming us from the things man love to loving the things God loves. When man begins to love what God loves, he will be able to walk with God. The light that is coming is to open new wells in our soul such that the energy and resources we once channelled towards the world will be channelled to accommodate God. We are being energized to find God.
“For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.” (Isa. 57:15)
By this revival, our affection would be set. In previous seasons our affection had been set and it brought a level of contriteness, but by reason of the light that is coming now, our affection would be set on this high and lofty One. Anyone whose affection is set will seek the mercy of God unto Eternal Life. We must be jealous of our affection. If we take a daily audit of our life, we would find out that we are still careless about how we use our time and resources. The Bible says we should redeem the time for the days are evil (Eph. 5:16). We are to use the light coming to overcome a measure of evil in the day. Anyone that overcomes would be rewarded with the Throne.
“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” (Hebrews 11:6) There is something we should do with affection. The reason for light is so we can seek God. Some of us are not yet as passionate as how a carnal man is about carnal affairs; we are not yet responding to God. If we do not respond to God by faith, heaven will have to use some dealings to set our affections to seek what needs to be found. The realm of the unknown is being made tangible; the light is shining in our midst. Gradually the daystar will arise in our hearts and divine nature would be formed. As our affection has been helped to seek Christ, a time is coming when our affection would be set towards the throne and we end up sitting on the Throne.
