One of the primary ways by which God will show us things pertaining to the eternal power and Godhead (Rom. 1:20) is through the understanding of the things that are made (creation). This therefore implies that the purpose of creation is to teach us something beyond the aspect of creation that we can see (Rom. 1:20). There are certain things of God that are not seen; they are also referred to as “the invisible things of Him”. The invisible things of Him are His eternal power and the Godhead which God wants to show to mankind. The power of God is different from the eternal power.
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” (Rom. 1:16). The power of God in this scripture is the power unto salvation to everyone that believes. On the other hand, there is the eternal power which will be shown by God. It is not easy to conceptualise or imagine eternal power because it cannot be seen. The things that are not seen are things of His eternal power and Godhead; they are the invisible things.
God uses creation to teach us the unseen. The invisible things are not the things He created but things of Him or in Him. There are two things of Him: the eternal power and Godhead. The eternal power precedes the Godhead. This means it is the power that comes before the attainment of a higher nature (the Godhead). Although eternal power is a nature, it also has its own power. Power is a nature; it is a definite posture in the realm of the spirit and an ability to arrive at somewhere.
Eternal power is the power of Eternal Life. Eternal Life is the dimension of the Godhead; it is the head-life in the triune God. However, there is a life called "everlasting life" that precedes the life called "Eternal Life". Thus, the Triune God have two lives – everlasting life and Eternal Life. Eternal Life is the head of everlasting life while everlasting life is the body of Eternal Life.
Everlasting life is a very high sanctuary that separates and prepares one for Eternal Life. Eternal Life cannot be attained without first attaining everlasting life. The word "everlasting" gives an assurance of the longevity of a product; it reveals the strength of the security of the product. Eternal Life cannot be put on a product that God is not sure of. Hence, the realm of everlasting life is a sure place. One who comes to this place has become a sure foundation, for everlasting life is the foundation of the Godhead.
“How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!” (Isa. 52:7). The mountains referred to in this scripture are the mountains of Zion. He who stands upon the mountain is said to have a beautiful feet.
“Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.” (Ps. 50:2). The operation of perfection can only be seen on Zion. It is only Zion that has the ability to give God the ministry of perfect beauty (Ps. 87:2, Ps. 132:13-14). The beauty on the mountain of the Lord (called Zion) is to make a man inherit everlasting life.
Lucifer was perfect in beauty (Ezek. 28:12) because he was upon the mountain of the Lord. Perfect beauty is operational upon the mountain of the Lord. Lucifer used to be a beautiful and perfect one, but he became bad. His beauty made his heart lifted up (Ezek. 28:17) and He sought to be like the Most High (Isa. 14:14).
Eternal Life is the head of everlasting life while everlasting life is the body of Eternal Life. Everlasting life is the power of Eternal Life; it is not "in" Eternal Life but under it. It can show a man how to arrive at Eternal Life because it is the secret to it. It is an assurance that will show God that you can access Eternal Life. We therefore have to make our calling and election sure by prospering in life till we inherit everlasting life.
“Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.” (2 Pet. 1:10-11). We make our calling sure when we to get to a place where God has guarantee for Eternal Life. This therefore means that there is something beyond everlasting life. Everlasting life is the actual gospel but the learning of Christ is the beginning of our journey.
The invisible things of God are in two levels: the first is the eternal power and the second is the Godhead. Eternal power is the "divine nature" while Christ is the "divine power" that makes you arrive at this divine nature. This "divine power" is the gospel of Christ that is referred to in Romans 1:16 as the "power of God" unto salvation.
"According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue…" (2 Peter 1:3). All the things that are in Christ are life and godliness, and this is what divine power gives. This means powers are made up of things. Divine power is made up of and disseminates things that pertain to life and godliness; and these are things pertaining to Christ. However, there are things which are higher than the things of Christ; they are the invisible things of God. The first level of the invisible things of God is called the eternal power; and it is made up of things that inform the divine nature. They are the "all things of God that are everlasting". While the second level of the invisible things of God is called the Godhead; and it is also a nature that is made up of the "all things of God that are eternal".
“The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” (John 3:35-36). All things are the things that were given to Jesus when He was not yet glorified; He was given all things that are everlasting. There is a way God can modify everlasting life products. God gave a lower type of everlasting life to Adam, just like the nature of Christ that men can attain is higher than the everlasting life in some angels.
God heaved botany more than the rest of His creation. Botany was made under the very light of the beginning in Genesis, while the rest of creation came after the sun was made (Gen. 1:11-31). In essence, the light of botany is purer than that of the rest of creation. Botany was taken from the earth, just like Zoology. However, botany is a first class creation; they are raw creations. The rest of the creations have a different state. Stones are not living things. As such, you will never hear that God created stones. Nonetheless, they are needed for the orbital balance of the earth.
Flesh is not in the same state with trees. The rest of creation used a light but there was a need to use a higher light to make bodies, even though they were all created in the daytime. God used a light that was not obvious to generate plants because it was enough to make them. However, the fishes of the sea, birds and other animals were made under the light of the sun.
Bodies were taken from the soil, for God worked on the earth (soil) to form bodies. As such, God moved higher than the point where He stopped in making plants to make bodies. The modification came to a place where bodies could be formed. Trees and woods are bodies, otherwise, they will not have the ability to decompose; bacteria can act on them and break them down to the soil. The same can happen to the human body.
It was the same way God raised plants that He raised bodies and they all have souls. A plant has a bodily soul that makes it respond to light and receive water but other bodies have higher souls. The soul of man is higher therefore, it can go to heaven. A soul that can go beyond the earth's space needs a spirit. The soul of an animal cannot relate with a spirit because it cannot bear the spirit life.
When spirits entered the swine at Gadara, they ran to their death because their souls could not bear those spirits (Matt. 8:32). However, one man could carry a legion (Mark 5:6-11). As such, when God says He will dwell (live and walk) in us (2 Cor. 6:16), it is the soul that will accommodate all of His actions and manifestations. However, before He can dwell in the soul, He has to save, completely redeem and upgrade it.
The body of plants is holier than flesh. God refused the flesh of an animal to come to His presence but allowed bread and grains. Flesh cannot stay where the shewbread can stay in the tabernacle. This shows that bread is higher in holiness than flesh. It also shows that what God eats is bread.
Bread was created from something. There is something that flour is and there is something that created bodies are (John 6:53). Jesus was using both botany and zoology to teach His life; this was a very high teaching. It is only a priest that can eat the shewbread. Reconciliation and healing of a nature shows in a man.
To show that a man’s wicked nature is gone, God will first smite the earth and then slay the wicked. Earth is flesh while wickedness is its program. This flesh means carnal life and the wicked program is kept by this carnal life. Therefore, this means that one cannot attain wickedness without first being carnal. It is possible that the manchild whom God raised will know how to take wickedness from the wicked. This manchild will be able to make men forsake their wicked ways and unrighteous thoughts (Isa. 55:7) and he will do this by smiting the earth and slaying the wicked with the breath of his lips.
Every flesh offered outside the tabernacle has bread. This means that a whole animal that was sacrificed can be moved into a bread. If that bread is not made, the offering cannot be accomplished in the Holy Place. As such, the priest takes the bread and offers it to God to accomplish what men came to the tabernacle for.
The flesh is received at the Outer Court but the Sanctuary cannot take more than bread. Therefore, the flesh is left outside. Some flesh are completely roasted and burnt up to the inward parts and it will then be sacrificed and offered up as a sweet smelling savour to God. However, the priest presents the bread to accomplish the service in the Holy Place. As such, flesh has a limitation but bread does not.
Blood can also enter this place, for both bread and blood go together. Offering blood means offering life. Life is spirit and it is in the blood. The content of the blood is all the unseen things that make blood. The things that make up blood are the spirit that the liquid runs on. The formation of a person is in his blood and that is why the blood is offered. When blood is offered, the life of a person is being offered. This is what is referred to as a book. A book contains information about a person; how he lived his life and the capacity of how he will live his life.
When blood is being cleansed, a new life story is being written of that person, as against what he has done previously. A life that is against the wrong life is being offered to such. There is no bread that is without crumbs, for crumbs are the things that make up bread. As such, when you take them, you are taking things.
It is only a priest that can offer these things. Priests offer what they eat. Anyone who is by the altar lives by the altar. For example, the livelihood of traditional herbalists are sponsored by the sacrifices that the people offer upon their altars. Similarly, God ordained that priests survive by what the people bring to the altar. Thus, people should not talk against preachers for this.
Ministers should also not shy away from being dependent on the offering that is given. Some ministers are proud and refuse this. Meanwhile, the essence of this training of dependence on the offering from the altar is to break them. However, offering can kill a priest if he is not careful. As such, priests should also be careful of how far they are relying on the offering. When God knows that a man has tendencies to love the natural, He will not bring things to him. This is so that He can save him, for we do not really know ourselves. It is God who works out the salvation of everyone.
Bread is food and it is a holy thing. It is also a mighty thing. In the Old Testament, whenever God manifested bread, deliverance always occurred. Anytime God is adding bread to the meal of the people of God, it is a sign of sure deliverance. Bread signifies the preparation of thanksgiving. A priest is a bread because he can live on bread; he can live on plants.
The body of a man cannot live on fruits alone because it was not designed that way. God however designed the body of herbivores to survive on plants only. When we enter Eternal Life, we must be prepared because God will change everything about us to survive by the tree of life and the hidden manna. These are the major meals in the realm of Eternal Life.
The food supply or nutrients are the things that the manna is made up of. You cannot have life in your body by fruits only. What fruits do to the body is to aid your nutrition and diet but it is not the main course meal for man. However, some creatures can survive on those things because God designed their body to survive that way. As such, we also have to be prepared for Eternal Life for us to attain it.
All the nutrients that natural fruits produce are not really meat but are additions to meat. Carnivorous animals cannot live off fruits only. However, in Noah’s ark, all the animals lived off straw because their bodies were conditioned for that purpose. The Ark is called the Ark of Salvation. This means the Ark will prepare one's body for Eternal Life. The straw that they ate in the Ark is the field of Eternal Life; it is the beginning of the milk of the word.
The reason why God wants us to be sure (have everlasting life) is because it is a prerequisite for entering into Eternal Life. Securing us is a prerequisite for entering into the world of Eternal Life (God’s own eternal world).
“I will also save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you. [30] And I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the increase of the field, that ye shall receive no more reproach of famine among the heathen” (Ezek. 36:29). Christ cleanses while everlasting life saves one from all your uncleanliness. The corn that is given afterwards is the hidden manna. After a man has been saved, God will give him to eat of the hidden manna (Rev. 2:17).
God is going to give Eternal Life to men while they are on earth. He is going to call for the corn of heaven and fruits, not goats or other meats. Both the fruit and corn are different, but they are serving the purpose of immortality; the corn first and then the fruit. The fruit is a meat that bears seed in it. The corn is an edible seed while a fruit is a higher corn (it is a seed that has developed flesh around it). It is a higher manifestation and a high voltage of Eternal Life. Corn is a seed of the ground and it is beaten to become bread. When we eat fruits, we also eat flesh. There is meat and bread. When one eats seed, one eats bread, but when one eats fruit, one eats flesh or meat. As such, the fruit is higher.
There is a difference between seed and flesh. Natural flesh or bodily flesh is improved upon by its bread. Bread and flesh go together. Bread sanctifies and this is why it is the most holy of any sacrifice. The bread is after flesh, but there is something after bread, which is the flesh of the tree.
Fruits of the tree is the flesh or meat of the tree. God designed fruit to be meat and for this to be fulfilled, one must attain holiness. The straw will train our mouth while the corn will prepare one and raise one to eat the fruit of the tree. We need to see these landmarks in the land of Eternal Life.
Eternal Life is a message of things; it is very versatile. The authority of Eternal Life originates from trees. This is seen in the preparation of the oil of gladness which is oil that is obtained from trees and from tender herbs out of ivory places (Ps. 45:8). There is an olive tree and also things in it, herbs out of ivory palaces that are eternal herbs that God will mix together for us to form an anointing to function in the eternal world.
“But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.” (Heb. 1:8). As we enter God, we will still keep journeying, foe He is inexhaustible. We can be here for many years and yet get fresher in the ages to come.
This teaching is not a teaching that exalts any man, instead it points to the reality that Someone is helping us; we will begin to sense God more.
