The Journey from Life to Everlasting Life (PM)

“And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; [6] And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; [7] And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. [8] For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. [9] But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.” (2 Pet. 1:5-9). All the virtues listed in this scripture make one fruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For this to happen, a work must have been done in the soul.

“That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; [11] Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness…” (Col. 1:10-11). Good work here is Christ. There is a work that is good, which comes from the good tidings that publishes peace (Isa. 52:7). Every good work is Christ and we are required to do all the good work. We would also be strengthened with all might. To be strengthened with "all might" is to be strengthened in the "realm of the everlasting". Joy is a sign of the last dimension of the Kingdom (Rom. 14:17) – it is of the everlasting dominion. It is power that helps the soul. Power is the life of God. However, there are two aspects of God's power: there is the power of God for good works and there is God’s glorious power. The power of God for good works is faith.

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. [17] For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.” (Rom. 1:16-17). This faith is not the power that saves a soul; it is the power that points a soul to salvation. It is good to be turned to salvation. A lot of Christians have not turned unto salvation, rather, they have turned to some other things. The reason for this power is so that we can begin to navigate the course of salvation because it is possible to just live in this present and not live unto salvation.

Those who live by faith are those going towards salvation. It is a privilege to be turned to salvation because there are superior beings (evil spirits) that are determined to make men spend their lives on earth chasing the present. Some Christians think that having natural possessions by faith is what it means to live by faith, but that is a wrong judgement. Life must not just be lived ordinarily, for it is too precious. Everything about life should be invested wisely if you have found mercy on earth to find out what life truly is. Actual living begins with the faith that comes by hearing (Rom. 10:17). Anyone who finds this faith is just about to start living. You have not started living when you are just being introduced to the teachings of this faith.

There is a whole lot that darkened understanding has caused in men – it has given men a fake rest, where they just exist without living. This is why people are complacent in living – they do not know the consequence of existing without living. When you have not been introduced to the faith of the Son (Gal. 2:20), you cannot live. It is possible to be alive in your spirit (born again), yet not live. Living the life that is in the Son is a first major walk of a believer. You have not lived as a man if you have not lived by the faith of the Son.

When you love the wisdom of Christ, that is, when you give room to a higher authority to receive instruction on how to live, you are showing a sign of meekness and it is only the meek that the gospel of Christ can be preached to.

The old man is very powerful – he can cloak himself in scriptures and create a false life for a man to live. The old man is a program in the adversary; he is full of wisdom and very dark. Satan raised things like occultism so that Christians will have a wrong understanding of what power is. Such things have been arranged on our path by Satan so that understanding will be difficult. The term “power” has been redefined wrongly by Satan, as such so much labour has to be invested to teach men the real definition of power.

You cannot wrestle with an evil personality in the realm of the spirit called “power” with just the power gifts because one is a being while the other is an operation. There is already a carnal understanding we have of evil spirits; and without the Menorah, we cannot see them accurately. There is a discernment of spirits we ought to have. Spirits that rule over this world do not possess people, rather, they are beings who come to fight our settlement in the word of righteousness by giving us a false definition of what life truly is.

There are powers that will make people not believe the scriptures. When the account of unbelief that evil spirits put in a man is being taken away, they know. There is a warfare that takes place to prevent one from believing scriptures. We should not joke with any iota of the scriptures.

The things being spoken are higher than the heavens and the earth, so we need to respond by faith because there are evil spirits that confuse people, not allowing them to hold on to scriptures and believe them.

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Eph. 6:12). Principalities are not ordinary operators – they are keepers of gates that supply ideas of living differently from what is ordered by God. Their goal is to make sure men keep walking in the course of this world. We cannot enter the Kingdom of God without dealing with principalities and powers because they are designed to fight faith.

A spirit is not just one's human spirit moving around – it is a constitution of a being that is spiritual. As a result of their fall, instead of teaching doctrine, evil spirits teach philosophy, vain deceit after the traditions of men and rudiments of this world (Col. 2:8). However, faith should not be replaced by philosophy!

We are being held captive through the offer of life in this world. Evil spirits teach men how to live in this world. A life that is not after redemption of a man is not the right life one should live. Evil spirits teach men how to live so that they will never experience redemption. Redemption is living a life that is void of corruption.

Nobody can generate how to live by himself except he is taught; and there are spirits (both good and bad) that can teach men how to live. It is possible for a preacher to be evil, and one may not know (if his eyes have not been enlightened) because he is living by the dictates of this present world.

We need to be perturbed about our eternal state instead of being occupied with how our life will be better in this present world. People will be so shocked to see that they are unable to do well in the world to come because of the kind of life they lived in this present. Some however are already living by faith and acquiring skill for a world that has not yet appeared.

When one gets to the world to come, it will be clear the kind of life he lived on earth. It is the commandment of the everlasting God for the church to live by faith (Rom. 16:26).

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Eph. 6:12). What makes these spirits our enemies is that they can stop us from journeying into life. It is a commandment that all nations should obey faith (Rom. 1:5). If anyone disobeys this commandment, there is a consequence.

To obey this commandment of faith is a thing of the heart. Keep living by faith and do not be disturbed if it is not yielding results in the natural. This is because the instruction to yield to the demands of faith is not for earthly gain but to attain life in the spirit.

Evil spirits do not want men to live by faith – they are okay with men getting external things by faith towards God; but they are against living by faith. To live by faith is not about getting natural things from God.

“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.” (1 Tim. 6:12). Every fight of faith is a good fight. We fight to be good under the instruction of faith. When a man is good, he will navigate towards what is good – faith!

“That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God...” (Col. 1:10). Good works are not done by carrying out activities in the church – good works are done by the feet (walking in the spirit). Work is done when feet have taken steps, and the fruits have been borne. When feet are walking, building is taking place in the soul and fruits are being produced.

When one has grown in the spirit, such a person will bear fruits – such a person has come to rest and is not perturbed about the present, yet he is on earth. The day you are no longer fighting the course of faith, you have made peace with God and nothing can entice you about the external anymore. You now walk with God with zero conflict.

Abraham walked unto all pleasing. Walking with God is a way of life. God withheld things from Abraham, yet he held on to God and continued with Him without looking back. The thought of having children can take hold of a woman that she will decide to stop following God. This is not philosophy but traditions of men that builds life around children. Evil spirits have worked so much in men that vanity is more real than the actual reality.

Without life, you cannot find entrance into Eternal Life. Christ is life! You cannot have life until you have lived. When you do faith very well and you keep living, your soul is gaining righteousness, which is God’s judgement of the right way of living. You live and live until you enter into life.

“But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.  [18] Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.  [19] I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.  [20] For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.” (Rom. 6:17-20). This holiness leads you into life. You are right until you become separate (holy). The word “separate” refers to Nazarites – men with locks. Such a person has allowed the expression of the Head of the church to grow on the hair. This is a man who has allowed the leading of the Spirit.

You are not holy by instruction but by formation. Jesus could eat with sinners, but He was still separate. Anything life is holy. God wants us to live until we have life – until we become separate.

Every work is a walk and an additional block to one’s growth in the spirit. There are three steps to life. The first is the holy life while the last is a life without conflict – life that has made peace with God. Peace is having life in full, getting ready for everlasting life. (Matt. 5:8)

It can only take unfeigned faith to do unfeigned love of the brethren which is charity.

“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10). The Outer Court is life and it is also holy as those who operate there are a holy nation. The first separation to God is the Outer Court. Entering into the Kingdom of God is entering life and coming into the inner court. The inner court is for the Tabernacle – the court of the people, women, and Gentiles. These are all realms in the spirit.

The intention of the Father is for souls to arrive at the inner court of the Tabernacle into His presence. Being separate makes one holy. When you come to this place, you begin to learn not to touch the unclean (2 Cor. 6:17). This place is the Sanctuary and its operation is higher than separation. The Sanctuary sanctifies the separate – it is a form of holy life that is peaceful.

The last realm is called the Most Holy Place. The life in this realm is everlasting. The journey is from “life” to “more life” and “most life”. All these realms of holiness are in God's kingdom. Jesus taught the disciples to pray saying, “Our Father, who hath in heaven, hallowed be thy name.(Matt. 6:9). This means God’s name is separate, sanctified and consecrated – His dominion is separate.

Dominion is not being a lord over people – it is salvation. A holy man is a king of righteousness and this man is a priest. Priests have more life in the courts than the Levites; we do things for God according to the level of life we have. A priest is a harvest of the Levites – he can do more and atone more than the Levites. If you want life, you need to desire holiness because to have life is to be holy.

What holiness traps is life. Christ is holiness. This is why no man can come to the Father except by Christ (John 14:6), because God Almighty is high holiness. Life is holy while the higher life which is peace is a more holy life. The most holy life is Eternal Life which also gives Everlasting Life.

Kings of peace are priests who will graduate into everlasting life. All the realms of God are holy realms. The priest moves from the Holy Place into the Holiest of All. The priests in the Sanctuary are priests of peace.
