1. (John 1:12-14). Many Christians claim to be sons of God but are not really interested in the process involved in becoming one. They only want little of God, and this is why all that their taste buds can accommodate will only suffice for them to remain children of God. However, God wants sons who have submitted to His prescribed process. This is why He will not force sonship on people; it takes power to become the sons of God. And this power is stored in the fullness of Jesus. Jesus is full of grace and truth and we ought to receive the same to become the sons of God.

2. The call to sonship is more than just getting born again. This is because the born again experience results only in the raising of a man's spirit to life, but not his soul. Satan has done some work in the soul, so God desires to change the soul. We need to walk by faith to see God’s provision for our souls; this is how our souls can be made superior to that of angels. The cup of the new covenant is the drink of a new soul which one would continually drink till one becomes a soul that is higher than the heavens.

3. God is not seeking for men who will be saved to only stay in heaven; He is seeking for sons who will give Him pleasure. True sons are those who will do all that God wants; they are men whose souls will cooperate and respond to what God wants to use the soul for. The soul of man has the capacity to become what God desires, unlike that of the angels whose souls cannot be worked upon into a better estate than it already is.

4. Being a son of God goes beyond not going to hell. There were people in the Bible that did not go to hell. Adam did not go to hell, despite eating the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, even though his spirit died. Before the arrival of the gospel of Jesus Christ, there were people who pleased God and sought Him. Someone like Job did not go to hell. The death of the inner man (the spirit man) is not the only yardstick God uses to judge one who should go to hell or the lake of fire.

5. The soul of man is not ordinary. Even when the spirit of a man is dead, if the soul is preserved, the spirit would not go to hell. The spirit of Abraham was dead, and God did not raise it because the programme of quickening a dead spirit was not included during the era of the book of Genesis. A new beginning had to come into place for the spirit to be quickened. This is why John said, “In the beginning was the Word…” (Jn. 1:1). That was a new genesis which included the resurrection of the spirit man – a process the last Adam (Jesus) initiated and paid for so that the spirits who were in prison could gain freedom.

6. (Luke 16:22-23). The capacity of the soul and what determines a man’s eternal destiny is dependent on the works he does within his soul. In the story that Jesus told concerning the rich man and Lazarus, He made it clear that Lazarus made it to heaven because he kept the laws of Moses in his heart, despite his naturally poor state. The rich man was given a comfortable state while on earth which ought to make it easy for him to be thankful to God, and happy to return good to those around him, including Lazarus; but the state of his heart (soul) was not good.

7. There are many levels of grace in Jesus, and these graces are for the soul. Within each grace blessing, life is supplied. Grace is given to those who have broken through in their hearts to be positioned to receive all that the Lord would give. The ultimate level of grace is the giving of the grace that allows a man to become the son of God. This grace is what is referred to as the "power to become sons of God" (Jn. 1:12).

8. (John 1:14). Grace is a living entity; it is the spirit in the person of Jesus. Jesus has innumerable grace; this is why you need to receive all His grace to become a son. To each grace bar, there is a truth. Grace is a pillar. This means there are pillars of grace and pillars of truth. Truth at this level transcends knowledge; it is a way. One can have the knowledge of the truth; however, such a one would have to tarry so that by the time They bring the way, he will be able to receive it (Jn. 14:6).

9. (2 Tim. 3:15). The “Holy Scriptures” are scriptures separated by God to make one wise unto salvation. Knowledge occurs when the spirit of wisdom collates scriptures together for the raising of a spiritual man. Knowledge remits sin. When sin is remitted, a way is given.  Knowledge is an equipping material. John had knowledge, then he went further to acquire ways. This is how he became a voice in the wilderness (John 1:23). To defeat spirits, learn a way contrary to the spirit. Grace offers us such ways. When we go home after teachings, the Spirit of grace comes to us to communicate grace training to us. It is important not to run away from such grace trainings.

10. Grace is an ingredient of glory. What God stored in the Son are glorious things. Glory also means salvation. One who has glory has salvation. Glory is armed with a strength that vanity, corruption and destruction cannot overcome. Anyone who possesses glory would defeat death. Such a person does things that death cannot unravel or understand. That means a man can fail or cut off the expectation of death. A man with glory has learnt not to die. It takes the spirit of glory to overcome death because death also kills with its glory.

11. (Jam. 1:14-15). People are committed to death because it is glorious. Death comes after temptation, and temptation is glorious too. When Satan tempts a man, his aim is to draw him away till such a man sins. Sin operates with lust/pull, and it also draws. When Satan was to tempt Jesus, he projected something that Jesus moved with (Matt. 4:5). Jesus was drawn; glory pulled him. But He got to a spot where He resisted Satan. Glory pulls a man and this pull occurs in the soul. So, to perfect a man is to deal with all possible pulls deposited in his soul by the devil. This is when a man can be called an overcomer and this is the real definition of glory.

13. In the spirit, a man with a weight of glory has a garment that would stop temptation. Such a man is laden with weight by God so that the pull of temptation is counted as nothing. It is natural to be pulled by temptation, just like Jesus. But the force of attraction to temptation can be broken after a while. God allows temptation for us to kill its attraction (pull). It would take the ministration of glory to stop the ministration of death.

14. Everlasting life is a quality of life; it is not just a long life. If Adam had the genuine everlasting life, he would have overcome the temptation in the garden of Eden. Satan has lived in ages, so he has the wisdom of an age; hence, he is called the old serpent. Anyone who overcomes him must have demonstrated more age than him. In other words, a man can carry out the work of an age in a second. A man who is young in age can live ahead and gain what an older man can possess, meaning he can live many years in one second. Jesus’ thirty-three years on earth comprises many “ever and ever”.

15. Quickening is an interpretation of the soul life. As such, Jesus’ resurrection on the third day was an interpretation of what was accomplished in Him. Jesus had manifested life in different forms; He had lived ages. So He could carry the sins of the whole world ‒ those of men and that of angels that were transferred to men ‒ and purge them. Jesus is ageless. So an everlasting Father is not necessarily one with gray hair. In heaven, the younger they look, the older they are.
