The Veils that Characterize the Life of the Lamb (APM)

There was a supper of the great God, which was the slaying of the kings of the earth and their armies (Rev. 19:17). What Jesus actually killed with the spirit of His mouth was majorly the army of the beast. Those who were subject to that dominion were left but the warriors of the kingdom of the beast were all slain. The beast was then captured and cast into the lake of fire (Rev. 19:20). No saint would eat the flesh of sinful men that had the mark of the beast because these men are supposed to be destroyed. Anyone who reaches this point where the beast got to must of necessity be destroyed because their flesh is destroyed.

“That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.” (Rev. 19:18). These constitute the military force of the beast, but the subjects of the beast were not killed; they were the ones Jesus ruled with the rod of iron. There is the feast of the Lamb and there is what was eaten. The major purpose of their condescending and coming to the earth is to carry out the marriage supper of the Lamb.

Revelation 21 is not the marriage of the Lamb. Rather, it is the ministry of the wife to the new earth. Revelation 19 was the marriage itself and in the marriage, a supper would be served. The supper is not the partaking of a physical food but is a teaching. The Lamb’s wife would be taught the things she ought to know, but she has to firstly be adorned for her husband.

“And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.” (Rev. 19:8). This is not the adorning of the bride. The white linen is to make her ready for marriage.

“And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.” (Rev. 21:2). Here, the bride was married but she was being adorned for her Husband. To be adorned for her Husband means she is able to minister to her Husband and respond to Him in ministrations. Her Husband is a high and great Minister of the gospel. We are going to see the full-blown ministry of the throne that she would need to represent but the bride needs an adorning for that.

In Revelation 19, she was not yet adorned but was only being prepared to be adorned. The purpose of the feast is to bring her into an adorning. She needed to know some things about her Husband before the glory of God and the Lamb would come upon her.

“And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.” (Rev. 19:14). In verse 8 of this Chapter, the bride was meant to be arrayed, not adorned. However, before she can be adorned, she must have been arrayed. The essence of arrayment is for presentation to be adorned. The fine linen was not the last garment; it was just a preparatory garment to lead into her final adorning.

Adornment and arrayment are not the same. Adornment has to do with a glorious estate while arrayment is a preparation for presentation. In the present earth, the bride had the garment of righteousness, but the next time she was mentioned, she was wearing another garment.

“And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. [20] And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.” (Rev. 14:19-20). The vine of the earth are the privileged ones who have used the name of the beast to grow to the vine. To be an army in this regard is to be raised above a commoner. Such is armed with the weapons of death and they are in degrees. This means that people who have that name wield its power in different degrees.

To be a vine is to aim for a higher class in that name. The name of the beast is a stature (Rev. 13:1). There is a name on his head which is different from the names in him. The name on his head is the new name Satan gave for him to be able to sit in Satan’s power and authority. In Revelation 17, the names were not just on his head but all over him. Thus, he had become a name put together. He then grew into a name by having every name. In the same manner, Jesus received a name higher than every other name that He had in Himself (Philipp. 2:9) and all these names are statures.

The rod of iron will rest upon men that have the name of the beast and will never be willingly subject to God. Thus, it would take the rod of iron to break them. The rod is an operation coming from the force of Eternal Life, which will come from the lips of Jesus. The rod is going to be influenced by high wisdom and such men will not be able to come out of it. The kingdom of the beast is a highly advanced kingdom of darkness that the present Church cannot handle. It would take the Lord to rule over them and He will do it.

The virgins would see far beyond everlasting life and that is the reason for dove eyes. The feast is eating the veil, which is the flesh of the Lamb. The Lamb brought them to the earth to feed on Him. The Lamb wore a garment dipped in blood; Jesus tore and slew flesh with His mouth. He tore the veil of the flesh of all men, also known as the veil of death; He tore the veil of the son of Satan.

The son of perdition had all the things of Satan; he was no longer a mark but the son of the dragon. The son of a dragon, which is the beast, is a leopard on earth (Rev. 13:2). All those who have the image of the beast have his resemblance in them; they all look like Him. An army of the beast are those who have profited with the manifestation of the image. The glory of the image is the measure of exaltation.

There are two things that inform the image: speakings and life. The measure of life is known by the measure of words. The image is not a physical carving; rather, it is soul resemblance and formation. To give the image life and for it to speak are two things. The image has life in that it is potent and not dead. For it to speak means that it can express itself and the higher the speech, the higher the life.

All those who had the mark of the beast did not make it alive into the lake of fire except the false prophet and the beast himself. The rest were burnt with fire from heaven. At that time, the bride was ready to be adorned. After that, the bride came down from heaven, ready to be glorified with the glory of God and the Lamb (Rev. 21:2). There can never be the glory of God and the Lamb without her being adorned and what brought her to this state was the eating of the Lamb's flesh.

“Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.” (John 6:53). They needed life in them and had become the righteousness of God but they did not have life in them. One can be God's image and yet may not have life in him. This means that one can be the resurrection and may not have the life in him (John 11:25).

The resurrection is building, that is, it is to be raised, but one needs to be given the life. The life would come by two things: the flesh of the Lamb and the blood of the Lamb. The flesh of the Lamb is the covering of God; it is the kind of flesh God has. The Lamb was made our flesh and after death, He was raised by the glory of God and He took the flesh back into a degree of God's flesh.

God raised Jesus to prepare Him a body, such that the flesh of Jesus would become the flesh of God. Jesus’ physical body was raised into a spiritual body. A spiritual body is flesh but with a different kind of body.

“Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.” (Philipp. 3:21). Our present body is vile. This is not everlasting life, but a reign. To reign, one must have become an overcomer. However, it is possible to be an overcomer and not reign. One who has become an overcomer is just raised but does not possess life yet. It is life that is used to reign.

The power that would change our vile body is not a dialogue power, it is a subduing power. It will quiet everything about that body and it is brought under a ministry of change. The power is according to the working whereby he is able to subdue all things (Phillip. 3:21). Jesus can change our vile body if we please Him. Jesus can heal the sick and raise the dead, but the healing power is an allocation of the Holy Ghost. However, the actual power of Jesus over the body is changing the vile body when one obeys Him and walks with Him.

Jesus can change our vile body completely. The way the man-child wields the rod of iron is not the way Jesus will do it. The man-child will wield the rod from the realm of the spirit into the physical but with a certain limit and would leave the rest for the Lord.

“The king's daughter is all glorious within: Her clothing is of wrought gold. She shall be brought unto the king in raiment of needlework: The virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee.” (Psalm 45:13-14). The king’s daughter is clothed with high glory. This tells us the level of her garment. Garments are strength and with these strengths, she would be able to minister to the world to come.

“Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty. [2] Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain: [3] Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind: [4] Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire” (Psalm 104:1-4). The word “honor” is glory. Angels, winds, and spirits define a realm of morning with different morning layers. Angels are sons of the morning. The four living creatures are also creatures of the morning. The cherubims are also in the morning. One seated at the right-hand side is on the same place as He who is the Bright and Morning Star. This, therefore, means that there are two mornings: right under the water is the uncreated morning and beneath the water contains the creatures.

When God came down, He stayed by the waters. God measured out Himself by the waters. The seas played a major role in the first creation. Water is directly over creatures. However, this water over creatures is an uncreated water. This realm is the place the Bride attained to; it is the realm of the righteousness of God.

“And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, [2] Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering. [3] And this is the offering which ye shall take of them; gold, and silver, and brass, [4] And blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats' hair…” (Exodus 25:1-4). These materials were used for the building of the temple. Men wove those materials together for the beautification of the priest. Fine linen is needed to pierce blue. Fine linen comes after blue, purple and scarlet.

Both God and the Lamb are red. The first material is always linen, which makes one gain access to presence. The sky is blue and when one goes deeper, it is purple; and further deeper, one sees red.

God used the firmament to divide waters from waters. There are waters above and waters beneath the firmament, and then chambers are installed in the waters so the waters can be measured. From the water is the beginning of God’s morning and after the water is a higher boundary. The division for the boundary are veils which are gates to Eternal Life.

The Lamb’s wife wore fine linen and as such, could not seat with Him who is clothed with honor and majesty. Jesus is seated at the right-hand side of majesty, higher than the waters and curtains. These are realms of mornings. There is the morning of everlasting life which those with white linen wear. Men at this level are usually found beside the waters.

From an uncreated (lower) morning to a higher morning (the world of Eternal Life) separated by veils, the Lamb’s wife was brought from heaven to eat the veils, which characterizes the flesh of Jesus. The veils of Jesus will be given by understanding. Jesus’ clothing comes from an understanding that leads to the Father’s presence. We cannot go to God the Father without Him. Thus, what was given to the Lamb’s wife was very key for their elevation for reigning. One who would reign with Jesus has to eat His flesh.

The bride is not aware of a heavenly sense. Hence, it took her Husband to come and feed her. Before one can break into Eternal Life, one must have the wisdom of heavens. The background needed to take Eternal Life is heaven. One must be a heaven above everlasting life because the High Priest is passed into the heavens and is made higher than all heavens. Thus, if one is unwilling to pass through the heavens, there is no way such would have Eternal Life. Their heaven is their flesh while their life is their blood.

The last veil to the blood is scarlet. The heavens or veils are the life. The veil is a lower life of the life. Like in the natural, what forms the skin is the blood. Thus, blood forms veils. The flesh (veil) is the first part of interaction with a man, not the blood such that it might take years for one to be revealed to another man. It takes a long time for heavens to be revealed. Likewise, staying with the flesh of the Lamb will bring the Bride close to the Lamb till they eat it. This would take some time because a thousand years is as a day before the Lord (2 Pet. 3:8).

“And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.” (Daniel 12:3). The brightness of the firmament is the brightness of heavens. The star is a definite article in the heavens and they are sons of heaven. One cannot be like the stars except such is heavenly. One has to be a brightness first, which is being heavenly. When one is a firmament, such a person has been blessed and stretched by the Father, giving one the opportunity to be firm. To be made firm is to be made a firmament.

Heaven is calling us home. The veils are calling us to come and eat. The veils are everlasting doors which speak. We must desire to become until we come into these doors. The Lord would help us not to be childish but childlike.

Blessings!

Summary

  1. The rod of iron will rest upon men that have the name of the beast and will never be subject to God willingly. Thus, it would take the rod of iron to break them. The rod is an operation coming from the force of Eternal life, which will come from the lips of Jesus. The rod is going to be influenced by high wisdom and such men will not be able to come out of it.

  2. (Rev. 21:2). Here, the bride was married but she was being adorned for her Husband. To be adorned for her Husband means she is able to minister to her Husband and respond to Him in ministrations.

  3. In Revelation 19, she was not yet adorned but was only being prepared to be adorned. The purpose of the feast is to bring her into an adorning. She needed to know some things about her Husband before the glory of God and the Lamb would come upon her.

  4. The essence of arrayment is for presentation to be adorned. The fine linen was not the last garment; it was just a preparatory garment to lead into her final adorning. Adornment and arrayment are not the same. Adornment has to do with a glorious estate while arrayment is a preparation for presentation.

  5. (John 6:53) Jesus’ disciples had become the righteousness of God but they did not have life in them. One can be God's image and yet may not have life in him. This means that one can be the resurrection and may not have the life in him (John 11:25).

  6. The resurrection is building, that is, it is to be raised, but one needs to be given the life. The life would come by two things: the flesh of the Lamb and the blood of the Lamb. The flesh of the Lamb is the covering of God; it is the kind of flesh God has. 7. (Philipp. 3:21). Our present body is vile. This is not everlasting life, but a reign. To reign, one must have become an overcomer. However, it is possible to be an overcomer and not reign. One who has become an overcomer is just raised but does not possess life yet. It is life that is used to reign.

  8. The veils of Jesus will be given by understanding. Jesus’ clothing comes from an understanding that leads to the Father’s presence. We cannot go to God, the Father, without Him. Thus, what was given to the Lamb’s wife was very key for their elevation for reigning.
