“John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne…” (Rev. 1:4). These seven Spirits are different from the seven Spirits of Christ (Isa. 11:2-3); they are the seven Spirits of God. The spirit of wisdom and revelation (Eph. 1:17) is lesser in strength than the seven Spirits around the throne of God. These seven Spirits of God are the Spirits that train a man to reign. They are Spirits of judgements; it is by them that God judges.

“And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last…” (Rev. 1:17). The introduction of Jesus as “the First and the Last” is His introduction as everlasting life; it refers to the first and last life. The first life in the realm of everlasting life is the commandment of the first love. Everlasting life is a command to do love, which is why love endures. There is a love that never fails but there is also a love that lasts. Charity does not fail but the love of God endures forever. The love of God is the life of God, just like the faith of the Son (Gal. 2:20) is the life that is in Christ. The realm of faith to charity is a curriculum of commandments; and the promise of these commandments is to give life to those who obey them.

The real promise of God to man is a harvest of life. Real promises according to scriptures hinge on bringing light to the darkened understanding of the soul. This means that life is reaped from its understanding. As such, one cannot find entrance into a particular life without its understanding. Understanding is the machine that drives the entire man. When one has come into an understanding, it becomes a stronghold or that which drives the life of that man. Darkness is also a life; but Christ who is our life (Col. 3:4) as believers, is the One who overcomes darkness. Covenants are made when understanding gives the blessing of the life it holds.

The love of God is the voice or the DNA of everlasting life; it is the nature of the commandment of everlasting life. God’s love program is a kind of life for those who want to attain Eternal Life. A man cannot become a soldier on the day he enrols in the army; rather, he has to go through the path by which soldiers are raised. This path is where commandments that must be done are delivered, to give one the features of a soldier. In the same way, one cannot attain Eternal Life without going through the path that will qualify one for that life. This path is a curriculum of commandments that must be obeyed.

A man can wear the garment of a priest but might not yet be a priest. To become a priest, one needs to have the nature of a priest; and this is formed by the keeping of commandments, ordinances, and statutes of the life of a priest. There is a discipline of waiting to allow the Spirit to lead you. This is what enables one to be rooted in the knowledge of truth.

There is the first love and the last love. Jesus introduced Himself as the first and the last (Rev. 1:17). This introduction is not the revelation of Jesus as Christ but as the Son of God; it is the revelation of the work that God did in the Son of God. Christ is the work that God did in Him at first, but God later did another work in Him. The mould of everlasting life are the first and last love. The word “last” is beyond just being the end of a thing; rather, it refers to something that will last or remain. The first work is represented as that which is “ever” while the last work is represented as that which is “lasting”. This means the works are everlasting.

“I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.” (Rev. 1:18). This speaks of the law of the Spirit of life in God, which is against hell and death. Whosoever claims to be a son of God must have what it takes to defeat hell and death. The victory that overcomes hell and death is love.

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” (Rev. 12:11). These men overcame death by love commandments. Death here is a great death that is higher than the death in Romans 8. When a man is obeying the commandments of everlasting life, all he will call the life of Christ will be summed up as the faith which overcomes the world (1 John 5:4).

Charity that caps the faith of the Son is a superior faith (1 Cor. 13:13). Faith is the “first” of the life of Christ while charity is the “last” of the life of Christ. “For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.” (Rom. 1:17). The just shall live by faith and then end up in charity. A man who is in charity has his root in the spirit; he has an expression of life that peaks in the love of the brethren. The end of the commandment of the world is to love it; but those who have this life of charity end up not loving the world.

“Hell and death” are a high citadel of life that men will require enough keys to dissolve. These are the keys of the everlasting Kingdom and they are commandments. The Kingdom of God is operational through keys. These keys of the Kingdom can detonate and unwind the strength of the powers of darkness.

“And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. [19] And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” (Matt. 16:18-19). The keys of the Kingdom will not be given to anyone but only one who has been built within. It is only when the church is built that she can operate these keys. These keys will bind the operations of darkness. When keys are in operation, darkness will become helpless because the keys will loosen the hold of its dominion.

Prayers are good but the cycle is not complete until understanding is brought to us. A being who has been built into everlasting life is one who has been given the keys against the forces of darkness. Keys are rested on responsibilities. Therefore, God cannot put the responsibility of His thoughts, agenda and house on a man without stature.

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” (Isa. 9:6). “Government” is the expression of the reign of a dominion; it refers to the wisdom of reigning. These names given to Jesus are all keys of the Kingdom.

The resurrection of the dead (Philipp. 3:11) refers to the raising of those who are dead, and this is a mystery. “And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood…” (Rev. 1:5). The first begotten of the dead died to all of His essence. We must be dead to hell and iniquity, just like Jesus was dead to everything Satan offered (John 14:30). Jesus was even dead to ministry. It was this ambition for ministry that killed Satan; it took his attention away from the ministry God gave him and he became covetous about glory, desiring God’s estate. His ambition made him desirous of worship.

The doorway to dominion is death. You cannot come into another dominion if you have not solved the mystery of a dominion. Hell and death is a terrible crown in the spirit; but we must conquer the kings who wear such crowns in the spirit. There are spirits of hell and spirits of death and their crown is their wisdom. Satan gave them a crown for producing a life called “hell”, while those who have mastered this life would also produce a life called “death”. If we have not learned the keys of hell and death, there is no way we can be free from their hold. One cannot have everlasting life without being dead. Those who have everlasting life and are dead are kings whom God can entrust the world to come in their hands. Kings and priests are princes who have mastery over hell and death; they have crowns.

Eternal Life is the glory of God and we need to be saved to come into it. Priests are those who would have the right to use the world to come; they are men who have been made free from hell and death. This is when they can be rewarded with Eternal glory. There are two major classes that make Eternal glory complete: immunity and reigning. Before reigning is immunity. Immunity refers to the things one has to eat that will prevent one from turning, such as the hidden manna and the tree of life.

Eternal Life is an irreversible life. Salvation is the ability to keep yourself forever; but to make you eternal is higher. This is why Eternal Life is a gift (Rom. 6:23). Everlasting life is the end of life; but Eternal life is a gift to one who has obeyed the demands of everlasting life. Anyone who has come to the season of everlasting life and finished the course becomes a king.

The new name is an Eternal name (Rev. 3:12). Jesus has many names but you need to be a priest on a mountain to call His name. These are powers that the church has not harnessed. God would aid us and move us forward to make a covenant with everlasting life. Rulers of the darkness of this world cannot stop us from making covenant with God. Eternal Life is going to be broken down and there will be an entrance. God would bring the true reality of it and many would find entrance.
