The main divisions of the kingdom which include the earthly and the heavenly realms were described in John 3. Everything about the earthly realm has to do with when a person’s spirit is recreated. The new birth is an access to earthly citizenship. A man who is born again is the man that can be empowered to see the kingdom.

The new birth is an access to earth (new earth), but not to the kingdom of God on earth. There are people dwelling on earth who are not born again. However, in the world to come, no one would live on earth without being born again. The least person that the earth which is to come would take is one whose spirit is recreated. A man with a recreated spirit has access to the earth.

Anyone whose spirit is recreated has gained access to the earth to come but not access into the dominion on earth. The dominion on earth can only be accessed through the birth of the water and the spirit (John 3:5). The new birth positions a man to see the kingdom. The present earth is not our earth. A fallen angel is lying to mankind about using the present and misconstruing the present to perpetrate evil. If this were our earth, we would have lasted on it. It is clear that this is not our earth.

The ownership of the present is understood when we check the highest habitat and not the lowest. The owners of the present are not here on earth, they are in heaven. The apostles, while they were estranged and the world was not worthy of them, had a conviction – a knowing so clear in their hearts concerning habitations. They knew it and they believed it. The way they lived was a result of the breakthrough of thoughts in their hearts.

God chose man to inhabit two worlds: the new earth and new heavens, and they do not belong to angels. If those angels were given a chance, they would perpetuate the earth and it would be almost normal. But the problem would be the physical body which God did not open up. God didn’t allow the angelic activity to resume on earth yet because God had something in His heart.  He allowed the heavens to fulfil its first course with the first creation, not the habitation but creatures in the heavens, which continued for a long time until Lucifer fell. Then God said it was time to make man (Gen. 1:26).

Man was made a little lower than the angels. Man can himself occupy heavens – even a higher one. The difference between man and angels is that angels cannot ascend but man can ascend. God did not design angels to ascend but man can ascend (Psalm 24:3). This means man can increase.

Adam (men) had a program in him that was poured out into his formation. They could rise after they were born. It was not a cloning or splitting into a man of Adam's age but the birth of babies that could grow. Man could grow. A little baby is inherently a woman or a man. God has designed a program in man for him to birth his physical existence on earth by having babies that could grow and become adults. That is a display of God’s power. Angels cannot marry but man can marry. Angels cannot be differentiated by gender, but man can either be male or female. Man can also ascend.

The present system is what God beautifully designed for a start to show what the future would look like as a prototype of the world to come. God was preaching volumes with this system concerning the world to come. The world to come is heavier in thoughts than the present. Lucifer cannot hold the world to come, he does not even want it to come. Angels on the side of God do not have a stake in the world to come, but they would have a place in it. “For unto the angels hath He not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak.” (Heb. 2:5) Angels are not given charge of the world to come. God did not put the world to come under their feet.

“Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that He put all in subjection under him, He left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him.” (Heb. 2:8). For something to be under your feet, it is beneath you. The world to come ought to be beneath man. Everything needs to be subject to man -- under his feet. God did not put the world to come under the feet of the angels.“Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?” (Heb. 1:14). God will not put anything under the feet of man if he does not inherit salvation.

"For unto the angels hath He not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak." (Heb. 2:5). The present world is in the hands of angels but the world to come will not be in their hands, nor under their subjection. "And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided." (Exo. 14:21). An east wind got the waters divided here and it was through an angel. This angel could do this because all things were brought under their feet. The Holy Ghost created the sea; He created the land, and He created the winds. So, the kingdom is in the Holy Ghost. The dominion is in the Holy Ghost. If you are not a child of the Holy Ghost, you cannot have dominion.

"Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord." (2 Peter 2:11). This means that man is not greater in power than the angels. Moses was not greater than the angel that led Israel. An Angel led Israel through the wilderness and positioned them in the promised land. When God says "Mine angel" (Exo. 23:23), it means He does not need to be there because His name is in the angel and the angel will carry out everything as instructed. He has all the facilities we need for help because angels understand creation. They know how to control creation to our advantage.

The present earth is not God's original plan for man. Man is more than a present being; even a natural man. The first man was more than that. Every man is a child of the future. The tidings -- good tidings and glad tidings of good (Isa. 52:7) -- are the operation manual of the world to come. A man would never have control of the future without the tidings. Those who learn the tidings to the end shall be saved.

The tidings have an end of learning. Salvation means you will not perish. This is the first intent of salvation. Salvation also implies that anyone who has salvation is worthy of the trust of ultimate control. God will not give ultimate control to anything outside salvation. In other words, you must be higher than any creature in the world to come. Jesus is not just higher than the present heavens, He is also higher than the heavens to come. If not, creation will not be brought under His feet. So, creation must not have dominion over us.  To God, salvation is the key to ruling. For a man to rule, he must be made higher.

"And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." (Gen. 2:7). There was a man formed of the dust of the ground but there was a man formed of the earth. This man of the earth is the spirit and soul in chapter 1 of Genesis. He was not taken from sand. He was taken from the environment of earth. There was something about earth in God's powers allocation. The things that made the earth did not appear, even till today.

"Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear." (Heb. 11:3). What does not appear is the “word”. It means there is a “word of God” for earth. That word did not appear. God framed the earth with His word and later pushed it out, giving substance to an un-appearing material. That same earth formed Adam. Adam was made by an earthly allocation. He was made of the earthly word of God or earthly things (John 3:12). Earthly things are spiritual materials and Adam was made up of these things –  things of the spirit that were earth.

When man was made, he was unseen because what framed him was unseen. He was framed with unseen earthly power and words. There are biological things that are unseen, but the word of God is more invisible than things that the magnifying glass can see. The word cannot be traced from a magnifying glass. The word is far too invisible than things and therefore it is not easy to operate faith because faith is the operating of things that the heart is not used to. When the heart becomes spiritual, faith becomes easier. If one knows that the word of God that is invisible exists, then there would not be a reason to doubt God.

Jesus was not in the place of doubting God. Jesus could see creation. His heart was strong with invisible matters (Mark 11:13-14). Jesus’ heart was in the same higher plain to move words and make them so. His sight could see what made up the fig tree and the word around the tree; or what made the tree grow and find expression as fruit. But man has fallen, he does not have faith.

“For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith” (Mark 11:23). When a man doubts, certain things will be tampered with and his faith expectation will be aborted. God made man of the earth, earthy (1 Cor. 15:47). “Earthy” does not mean sandy or clay. Earthy is the substance God made man with.

"What is man, that Thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that Thou visitest him? For Thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour." (Psalm 8:4-6) Angels love God; they like to follow God. They saw the attention Adam was taking from God and they knew that God had something in mind. The attention of God towards man made angels (good and bad) curious. Satan decided to move out of hell. He was cast down from heaven but was not destroyed. God had not yet destroyed him. He was just destroyed two thousand years ago by Jesus. Jesus overcame him.

When Jesus was overcoming the devil, he became destroyed. This overcoming is not what God wants us to do. What God wants us to do is to go over him and prove to God that God has done a good job for us and in us. We must prove to God that we are worthy. Our worthiness here is our overcoming of the dragon; that we have come to a place where we cannot be tempted anymore. This means we will not be tempted like Lucifer was when They give us a more superior position than the angels.

Satan was a very handy tool for God to use to actually save souls. There is no salvation of the souls apart from what Jesus has purchased. Salvation is in the delivery of goods (tidings) and the administration of salvation. While Jesus was a High Priest in heaven, He had to administer salvation because there is no saving of the soul without obedience. A fallen god was left to tempt us to the uttermost. So, overcoming temptations means we are becoming better. To overcome is to be made better in our makeup and materiality; to move our soul to the next level by gaining Persons. This means there is a genetic transfer in the activity of temptation. Obedience is involved. The purpose of obedience is to move genes for spiritual partaking of divine nature. There is a nature change.

So, the reason why God is allowing temptation is not to test us. It is for Satan to take his things out of us. As long as his things are in us, he will come for us. He does not like to come for us; he just wants his things to remain with us. But God will position him in such a way that he will come. Jesus was driven to the wilderness to be tempted (Matt. 4:1). God tempts no one but He wanted Satan to take away his things. Jesus did not have sin but there was something about creature that Jesus had. Jesus fell into creation even though He was the Creator. He decided to partake of the creature and because of that, He could be tempted. If Jesus was not a creature at all, there is no way Satan would have come around Him because the Creator cannot be tempted and He does not tempt anyone (Jam. 1:13). This tells us that Satan is not a full god because he tempts. A devil is a tempter and a man can be a devil – someone who has gained the genetics of temptation. God allows temptation when He discovers that you will be healed of it. So, Satan in anger comes to you to take his things. But when he comes, he is not only trying to take his things; he is trying to take you with his things.

"But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed." (Jam. 1:14). When lust is still your own, you will be tempted but when grace is your own, you will obey God. So, a man would have to choose what he wants to do. In obedience, we forfeit temptation; we resist the devil. When we do this, things go. It got to a point that Satan was clueless about Jesus (John 14:30). The devil could not tempt or pull the Lord anymore.

The purpose of salvation to the uttermost is to be saved above a habitat. We cannot control any habitat that we are not higher than. “If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?” (John 3:12). Our ticket for the new earth is being born again. We must have the identity of the new man for the new earth. There is a way the species of the man of the new world to come will be raised–they must be recreated. The new birth is by no means ordinary. To be new means ‘not of heaven; not of earth’. A new creation is a creation recreated for a new world. The new man is of the earth to come. The cadre of the new man begins from the spirit. If the spirit is born again, it can stay on the new earth. It would leave this present earth. However, such a person will have minor inheritance.

“Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” (John 3:5). Preachers stop at the identity of that world—being born into that earth. The new birth is not for entrance into the present heaven. Also, the new birth cannot make one enter into the heaven of the world to come. The new earth would remain while the present heaven would pass away. This means that the new earth is superior to the present heaven. A new man can only step his feet into the new earth because he was created into it. To begin to assume responsibilities in the new earth, we need to do some things to come out of our minority and plant ourselves as participators, that is, we need to get age. To do so, we need to be born of water and spirit. Being born of water and spirit is how we come out of the minority. That is how we grow and enter into the kingdom.

The kingdom is presently in the Holy Ghost. In the world to come, it will be clearly interpreted. There will be a portion of the Holy Ghost on earth for the kingdom even before the New Jerusalem will descend. The New Jerusalem will descend after many years of the new earth existing. There will be preachers of the kingdom on the new earth and they will preach to countless people. The new earth will be so much bigger than the present earth. The population will not be as small as the one in this world.

God is going to arrange the new earth just like He set the present heaven. The classification metric in the new earth is the level of kingdom sense that one has. People will be ruled while others will be given dominion. They give people charge according to their level of righteousness. A person that has peace will be higher than one that has righteousness. Men that have done well with the gospel of Christ will govern the new earth. Out of doing well with the gospel, some will escape into heaven. To ascend into heaven, one needs to use ‘high Christ’ gospel. Everlasting life is a heavenly lesson while Eternal Life is above heaven. Those who have Eternal Life will be higher than the heavens.

On the earth, we will see people that have not started their journey. They are just born again. Change on the new earth is for one to move into an arena of great responsibility, which is the age of maturity. There is a mature earthly age and it is in Christ. Kingdom cannot be taught without teaching Christ. The kingdom is simply Christ and God. There is water and spirit, but the waters are not the same; water changes texture. As water is being used, a different allocation of water comes. Christ is many waters. When we use many waters, we enter into the kingdom. Once in the kingdom, we keep using water. When we have expired the water in the Outer Court, then we use the water in the brazen lava (which is only usable by priests) to enter into heaven. When we enter into the Holy Place, we are ascending.

“Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who shall stand in His holy place?” (Psalm 24:1). Ascending into the hill of the Lord or standing in His holy place is the beginning of everlasting life. The places mentioned here are the second heaven. A thorough teaching of Christ can place one there. Jesus did not mention these things as heavenly things, but they are actually ascension things. We cannot ascend if we have not gotten the things of Christ which will take us into heaven. Once one arrives at the holy hill, it means the message of everlasting life is about to be preached. That is where the feast of fat things takes place. Then we would begin to hear the things of God.

If we enter the kingdom now, we will not need to enter the kingdom in the world to come. We are supposed to use the present to choose our habitation in the world to come. We are to use it to grow. We can choose our habitation and the visa for this habitation is our change.

Blessings!
