Unveiling The World of Eternal Glory (WTV)

Meeting: Writing the Vision (May Edition)

                                                    Transcript Summary

1. It takes entrance into glory conversations to find salvation. This means a man cannot come into salvation if he is not restored back to glory (2 Tim. 2:10). Salvation is a very high commodity. When a man is being saved in his soul, he is experiencing glory (1 Pet. 1:9). The first glory a man should experience is salvation. After this, there is another glory known as "eternal glory" (1 Pet. 5:10). God desires that we partake of this eternal glory on earth.

2. God is mindful of His Church; this is why He is moving her from one harvest to another until she becomes ripe for glory. This is because it is not easy to teach glory; it can only be taught to those whose hearts and minds have been developed spiritually, to take glorious lessons. We cannot go into glory without being empowered to do so.

3. It is only Jesus that can communicate glory; He will do so to those whom He can call His ‘brethren’. His brethren are those whom He is not ashamed of (Heb. 2:11-12, Luke 9:26). In this season, we should be able to take shame for the sake of the name of Christ otherwise, we would be denied by Jesus (Rom. 1:16-17).

4. (1 Cor. 2:6-7). When God wants to bring a man into glory, He would involve him in the learning of wisdom. Thus, wisdom is the first key to glory. However, there is an initial wisdom that we ought to have been exercised in before we come into this wisdom for glory. That initial wisdom is Christ. Therefore, we need Christ as a wisdom to attain salvation.

5. In the realm of the spirit, we do not just go into the things of God without being prepared for them. Therefore, the wisdom of Christ is needed to come into the wisdom of God, and then the wisdom of God is needed to come into Eternal Life or Eternal wisdom.

6. (‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭1‬:‭22‬-‭23). The incorruptible seed is the engrafted word; it’s the word for birthing a saved soul. God grows us with Christ’s seed first, after which He expects us to grow further so that we can take a higher seed, which is the incorruptible seed.

7. Power is the ability to get something. From God’s perspective, power can be patience, wisdom and other things. The power/enablement by which a man can inherit the incorruptible seed is Christ (Rom. 1:16). This means the soul must have been purified before it can receive the incorruptible seed.

8. A glorious church is a saved church; this is a church without spot or wrinkle. Whosoever hates the glorious ministry automatically hates the coming of the Lord Jesus. Whosoever is not interested in glory is not interested in salvation. This is because our participation is also needed for us to be saved.

9. The reason we need to come into the glory of God is because evil is also glorious. Evil is that which can tempt a man. Temptations to engage in things like fornication and other works of the flesh are not the real temptation or evil; the real evil is those things (natures in the soul) that are powerful enough to prevent a man from committing himself to God the way God wants. These natures may not look obviously evil, so it will take lovers of Jesus' appearance to detach from them and come into glory. This means glory is for lovers. When a believer does not love the appearance of Jesus, he will not see God’s glory.

10. Glory (in this context) does not refer to an outward glow or attractiveness. Every soul likes glory; but unfortunately, many are more attracted to the external kind of glory. However, that is not God’s glory. God’s glory is incorruptible and fades not away (1 Pet. 1:4). Real glory is spiritual and it delivers a soul from corruption. Therefore, we should not sell our souls for that which is not the glory of God.

11. The key to the healing of our souls in order to begin to respond to the glory of God is meekness. Meekness is the ability to dodge false glory. It is also the capacity to endure shame for the sake of the name of God. God will not give His laws to a man who is not meek; this is because His laws are meek in nature.

12. “Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.” (2 Cor. 3:3). The flesh here means something that is malleable and has life, but it is not easy to get a man to this point. What limited the Old Testament glory is that it was written on stones (2 Cor. 3:7-11) and not in the hearts of the Israelites. However, it was still a sign that God wanted to make them His children. Just like the stones did not resist God when He cut them, God also wants us to submit our will to Him.

13. The essence of the indwelling of the Holy Ghost in man is to build a house for God. Many men live on earth with the Holy Ghost but do not cooperate with Him to prepare a place for the Father and the Son. Christians are using the Holy Ghost for the wrong purpose, but He was sent to build men to become God’s habitation.

14. “For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” (‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬). When God is shining His light, He is giving understanding. The light that can deal with sin (or death) is the glory of God. The glory of God will detach a soul from self-sufficiency and make him get to a place where his sufficiency is of God.

15. The ministration of glory changes a man and tampers with His understanding, but this may not be physically obvious to other men. What makes a man glorious is because he is overcoming temptations, beating evil spirits, and dealing with spiritual wickedness in high estates. When we know this, we will never be envious of our brothers or prove to be superior to them.

16. Glory will teach a man how to use this world and not abuse it. It will teach him how not to be attached to the things on the earth, and that it is a shame to shine with the things that will fade away.

17. Glory gives wisdom, and wisdom gives life (Ecc. 7:12). To make a man wise is to make him see the path of life or make him reject the things that have made him captive in a false (wrong) place. Ministers of the gospel should minister spirit because it is the spirit that gives life. Therefore, the giving of spirit is the giving of wisdom. When a man obeys it, he will become glorious.

18. True wisdom is one that can stop Satan. Wisdom is better than silver and gold because it can save the soul. This wisdom is one that is higher than the captor of the souls of men. The work of wisdom is finished when it has become life in a man. It is such a man that is said to be blessed indeed.

            Blessings!
