1. The reason for all the words we hear is so that nature can be formed in us. The war of spirits against us is not to hinder our receiving of natural things, but to prevent nature formation (Eph. 6:12). Nature formation is the key to the natural. The natural will be subjected under a man in whom the nature of God has been formed.
2. The battle of the ages has been the battle of man developing a nature that will free him from the hands of spirits. We can never be free from spirits if we do not acquire a nature. Our exaltation is in our development of nature. We will be higher than spirits because we would have trapped natures higher than theirs.
3. We have been called to come up. It is the soul that climbs the hill of God, and the soul climbs by commandments. It is the soul that is to be made spirit and this can only be made possible by giving the soul spirit. The ministration of spirit is the ministration of the essence of God. Spirits are laws and ways. There are mannerisms and behaviours of spirits. Sitting under the ministration of a spirit minister can transfer spirits.
4. Husbands and wives have to fight to keep themselves together. It is a strength against Satan when husbands can cleave to their wives. This is why Satan comes to attack their minds so that they cannot cleave. If Satan cannot break our hold, we will be able to stand against him. We have to do extra by walking in the spirit for our marriage to be sustained.
5. Couples should not give room to Satan in their marriages. It is necessary that couples come together and be tight as regards their relationship in marriage because Satan does not just want to break the marriage, he wants to stop the formation of nature. If a marriage is broken, there will be bitterness, depression and all manner of things that will impede the process of formation, except God comes to intervene. Therefore, we must work on our relationships.
6. This also applies to our “brethren-hood”. Satan can magnify our brethren’s faults and use it to bind us to a corner. By that, he has ministered spirit to us. Such ministration can change our heart and countenance towards our brethren such that nothing they do can ever be okay to us. This is because Satan would always define the deeds of our brethren to us.
7. We need the ministration of the spirit to combat spirits. God comes with the ministration of spirit, through instructions for ways. Every ministration from Satan is a way of death but the Lord comes to speak to us in order to change our wrong perception concerning our brethren.
8. Satan can minister ill thoughts about our brethren to us. He tries to bind us and keep us down with those thoughts. God is telling us to come up and the only way to do so is to entertain another thought ministered by the Spirit. The breath of God brings fresh and good thoughts. If we align with these thoughts, they will make us ascend.
9. So, when we are learning Christ, we are learning ways— ways of righteousness that makes a godly man. The teaching of everlasting righteousness, which is the ministration of the New Testament or the ministration of the spirit, is a ministration of way. Christ is a way that we are trained in for us to connect to an everlasting way.
10. For us to have ways, we need to be led. Our thought patterns need to be corrected because wrong thoughts and thought patterns can bring a wrong atmosphere upon us. God raises us by His own thoughts which are contrary to our way of thinking and believing.
11. God’s thoughts are coming to us because He wants us to accept them. Thoughts instruct the way we walk and ways instruct the way we live. We should let God teach us His way so that we can walk in His path (Isa. 2:3). The law is spirit and grace. As the spirit is being ministered, grace is given to us.
12. We are ignorant of the way because of blindness, so God enlightens us by the knowledge of Christ. Christ is a light to build a godly man that can take the ways of the Father, which is an everlasting way (everlasting judgment).
13. The Lord’s eyes are upon the righteous; His ears are open to their prayers. The righteous are those who are learning, engaging and walking in the way of righteousness and increasing in it. God is bringing us under a prayer-answering formula. This is why Jesus does not struggle in prayer because He knows that God hears Him always (1 John 2:29).
14. The Lord has been instructing us to press into nature because it will bring everything else under. The future is in nature. God is giving us the opportunity to press into what will exalt us above spirits and everything else.
