Revelation 4:1-3

“After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.”

Revelation 12:5

“And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.”

He who is seated on the throne here was God the Father. The Bible kept on repeating that it was God and the Lamb who were seated on the throne.

Revelation 22:1

“And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.”

Revelation 21:22-23

“And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.” The City has two temples -- the Lord God and the Lamb.

Revelation 21:10-11

“And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal...”

So, the light of the Jasper stone was the light of the glory of God.

Revelation 4:3

“And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.” We can tell which of these two stones will be the glory of God. The first light was for His glory (Jasper light) and the second was the sardine; the look of God was that of a sardine and it has glory. As long as the city was with God, she took the glory of God. So the city has the same glory with He that Revelation 4 talked about -- a Person who looked like a sardine stone. Jasper was covering the sardine stone.

Revelation  21:22

"And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it." The word “temple” talks about the place where worship flows into, or those who receive worship.

Revelation 21:11

“Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal...” Jasper stone is very similar to sardine. According to what Apostle John saw, the city is lit with red light. The city does not need the sunlight; it was lit by the glory of God (Rev. 21:23).

Revelation 22:5

“And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.” The Lord God is the One who gives light. This light is an eternal light, but there is an everlasting light. We can really reign only with eternal light. Stones were used to typify light; sardine stone typifies eternal light. The light that would make one see the city is the sardine, but there is another light. God and the Lamb are the city, but it was also said that, “God and the Lamb are the light thereof” (Rev. 22:21).

So, it is clear that the Lord God and the Lamb are in the city; the Lamb is the light of the city, but the Lord God gives them light -- the glory of God did light the city. These are all eternal lights. To figure this out, we have to compare spiritual things with spiritual. This is the wisdom which the Holyghost teaches (1 Cor. 2:13).

To have a breakthrough concerning eternal light, we have to x-ray what everlasting light is. Everlasting light is different from eternal light. Eternal Life itself cannot be easily explained. A natural man cannot comprehend Eternal Life. The prevalent idea of immortality in the minds of people is to 'not die physically'. That can be a partial meaning but immortality is beyond that.

James 1:17

“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” These two lights come from everlasting light. These are the lights that everlasting light supply. Everlasting light is the one referred to as the Father. One who cannot turn is a child who has been redeemed from everything that could call its attention. These two lights (good and perfect gift) are the children of the Father; they are twins. What makes children unable to turn is a law in them. What makes childlikeness is a law. A child is a spirit. The good and perfect lights are the children of the Father.

2 Corinthians 6:17-18

“Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.” The daughters in this scripture do not refer to the female gender. The covenant of the Father is to make us sons and daughters. We first become daughters and then sons. The two gifts are Urim and Thummim; they are lights and they give judgments. The first judgment is a daughter judgment.

Urim is white, while Thummim is dark. A male is dark and the female is white. The female can easily be understood but the male is thicker (a thicker light). The female was brought out of the male. When God is giving you light, He brings the easier one first. Light means Urim, while Thummim means perfection.

When God sends a good thing, what He is sending is light. God is the Father of lights (Jam. 1:17). "Every good light" means every Urim light, while, "every perfect light" means every Thummim light. These lights are many. So, from this verse we understand that everlasting light is a content that makes God unable to turn or lie. God is not a man that He should lie, neither the son of man that he should repent (Num. 23:19). The son of man is stronger; just as the young lion is stronger and an elderly lion can be easily conquered. It is not easy to beat a young lion because all its bones are still strong.

In the natural design of man, we are a copy of God as a twain being (as male and female gender); but in the original sense, we would have to marry the two (son and daughter) together. Good and perfect gifts are lights. The big Light called the Almighty Father, has lights in Himself. This big Light called the Father is a Temple; a temple of two lights — the good and perfect light.

The good light, which is a daughter, cannot lie; it is white, while the perfect light which is the son is dark; he would not turn. The unchanging nature of men is a nature of the dark light. Those are powers of incorruptibility -- not being able to lie nor turn. When those lights are in a man, such a man would not lie, and later on, he would not turn.

To be incorruptible does not mean that the sense or intelligence to corrupt yourself is not before you; rather, it means that you do not  have the will to corrupt yourself. Angels had the choice to corrupt themselves. Michael and Gabriel chose not to go with Satan; they held their will intact and girded themselves. It is a sign that they took an oath not to turn.

James 1:18

“Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.” The purpose of this light is to turn us into a kind of firstfruit of God’s creatures. The word of truth in this scripture refers to the two lights -- good and perfect.

James 1:22-25

“But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.” The mirror or glass itself is the Father. That mirror gives out understanding; in it, you will find the good and perfect light. So, everlasting strength or life is not mainly an elongation of life, but the ability to maintain the tension of unbrokeness.

Everlasting Life is a type of life that is full of life and ever strong. We can tell when the strength of a person’s life is very long and cannot be attributed to anything on earth. There is no breaking limit to such life as long as there is age. Satan wanted to take away the testimony of Job, one that he had of keeping God’s life. Even when he was tempted by Satan, he kept God’s life because his soul had become one with it.

We come into everlasting life by reason of certain knowledge which is judgment. This is a Christ with judgment. Without judgment, you cannot attain or get the materials of everlasting life. Judgment is an age you will enter into in the spirit where minds of beings called 'Elohim' start their interaction.

The word 'Father is “El Shaddai”; so it means that He is a God that starts with the beginning of judgments. So when a man is being brought into judgment, he is coming into Urim and Thummim. These lights are not only revelational; they are more than just revelation; they are judgments. One needs many definitions to arrive at a definition of life; you need to assemble many Urims. To come into judgment, you must have learnt how not to touch the unclean; and by doing so, one’s soul will become a participant in judgment.

Judgment does not start when you judge people, but when you start to know things about yourself - things that are hidden. One needs high judgments to know kindreds and tongues, because one would have reacted wrongly before realising. If husbands and wives are not kitted with redemption, they would fight each other because of different blood or tribe. So people are not really married because they are still sentimental about their father’s house. A real bride should forget where she is coming from. To leave your father’s house is not just to physically leave the house but to be detached from one’s blood and be joined to your husband’s.

Souls need to be healed. Satan is not ordinary, he is smart. There are spirits dedicated to people, tongues, tribes, kindred, and families, and their laws are everlasting. So it’s not easy to be detached from such. This is not to say that one’s mother-in-law is demonic. If we cannot bear our mothers-in-law, then something is wrong with us. No mother-in-law is perfect, and we must understand that. Your mother-in-law is your mother, and you ought to love them. However, if they are overbearing and Satan wants to take the opportunity to kill your home, they can be loved from afar. Don’t hate your in-laws; we should be kind to them.

We should be kind to our in-laws so we are not seen as fanatics. We should show appreciation to those who brought us into this world. May God give women the wisdom to deal with their mothers-in-law. We should pray for those in-laws that are cantankerous. Sometimes, we need judgment to see the reason why they do the things we don’t like, and thereby love them irrespective. We should have the law of compassion. If we can take in strangers, we should be able to take in someone who is tied to us. However, we need wisdom to submit to authority.

There are three lights discussed in eternal order:

1.    The eternal glory or the eternal weight of glory (that’s the Jasper light)

2.    The Lord God - the Father who gives light

3.    And the Lamb who is also Light.

We should not just come into a place where we cannot turn or lie; the job is not yet finished when we arrive here. There is still something higher than unvariableness and unturning. There is a world in the eternal state. The Lamb is the light of the city, but the Lord God ( the Father) gives light. It is possible to give light and yet you are not the light (that is being used directly). Rev 22:5

God is the generator of light. The Lamb is the transmitter and  distributor of the light to the city while the city is the distributor to the nations. But God alone is the generator of light and thetefore, He is Light, but we cannot use this light. We (the company of the city) can use what the Lamb shines but the nations that are saved cannot. They cannot walk in the light of the Lamb; it’s the city that will tender His light for the nations. This means nations of the earth cannot understand Eternal Life - they can't see it. We (the company of the city) are the ones by which people (nations) will read and see the light of the Lamb.

There is something called the glory of God which also lightens up the city. It helps the city to catch light from the Lamb. The ministry of the glory of God is the ministry of the face of God; it is the one that teaches the city to connect to the light of the Lamb.

Giving the light of the glory of God is illumination to understand the Lamb. Jasper light is not a lamb; it is a Being - it is the Holyghost. This is the Spirit of God as the glory of God – the Eternal Spirit. The Eternal Spirit is the teacher of Eternal Life. It communicates eternal light to the servants of our God so that His name will be on their foreheads.

The glory of God is very essential in the eternal transmission of light. For a man to get the eternal light, the glory of God must lighten his city. Transmitters are massive equipments that can take light from the generator and transmit to distribution points.

Just like Kainji Dam, God generates light. God and the Lamb are lights; Jesus is the only one who has the building to take light directly from God. He is the one equipped to send light afar. That’s why He is called the Lamb. The Lamb interprets life; it shows the City what Eternal Life is. There is a way Eternal Life is in the Lamb; only the City has the instrument to take light from the Lamb and reflect it to the nations of the earth. This is so that the nations can see Eternal Life and walk in it.

The sardine stone is an eternal body, and it has glory. Its glory is Jasper. The glory is the explainer or interpreter of the stone. However, the same glory has become the glory of the Lamb. Glory was given to the Lamb so that the Lamb can teach us Himself. Jesus understands God, He understands Him. Jesus knows what Eternal Life is, He knows it because the Father gave it to Him. Jesus is able to do that because He has once become like us; He has our mind. He passed through us. So Jesus can take things of that order and explain it to us, so that we can understand.

There is a state beyond not being able to turn or lie. There is more to life than being unable to turn or vary. A man who cannot turn or lie can still be confronted. But there is a state higher than that where you don’t need to prove anything to anyone. After the final lap of confrontation in everlasting life, you come into a place of sovereignty, just like God is sovereign. It is a state where you are beyond and above. God wants us to labour to finish everlasting life by working out our salvation with fear and trembling.

When a man has overcome temptation, he will be given the crown of life. The crown of life is a shield of everlasting life. So, it means that your head is an everlasting mind. Beyond a spiritual mind, there is an everlasting mind. When you are minding a thing, it’s your crown. When you have mastered a life to the crown of it, you are a king there. Beyond being a king of life and everlasting Life, you should come into a life that is unquestionable. Life and everlasting life are all a preparation for reign.

Immortality is a raw product in Eternal Life or in eternal order. Immortality is beyond just being an overcomer. Everlasting life is a overcoming life but immortality is a reigning life. When someone is reigning, he is operating without opposition.

Immortality is what is described when scriptures said, “The Lord God giveth them light and they shall reign forever” (Rev. 22:5). It is to understand a life that cannot be understood by angels. It is a life of the Creator that creatures have no clue about. Jesus will shed light to life; He will make Life understandable. He will bring light with understanding. It’s a high ministry to make a man comprehend Life Eternal.
