Topic: Understanding the Architecture of Dominion

“Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:” (Col. 1:13). The kingdom of Christ is the first strata under the entire concept of God's dominion. This dominion is also referred to as the kingdom of heaven because it is the design of dominion that God has allocated for every man that is a new creation. If one does not understand the heavens, this kind of dominion cannot be discerned. God’s dominion is purely heavenly, not earthly. True dominion is not having political influence or any other earthly idea of rulership.
The kingdom of God offers deliverance from sin. Sin precedes the dominion of death which separates a soul from God. The kingdom of sin and death is also referred to as the kingdom of darkness, and those who manage it are kings. This kingdom is also known as the world of the rulers of darkness. If one can break off from the strata of the kingdom of darkness, he has been delivered from the power of darkness;.and has come into the kingdom of the dear Son (Christ) – the kingdom which precedes the Father's dominion.
Satan gave man definitions of dominion ahead of time to make it difficult for him to interpret it according to the bible. Men define dominion as subjugation or exertion of authority over something or other people. However, true dominion exists in a place where sin has been put under and where people do not seek to outdo one another.
The tool that will undo the power of darkness is the ministration of Christ. There cannot be entrance into the kingdom without teaching the message of Christ. “To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.” (Acts 26:18). The kingdom of light is the region or realm of Christ (Eph. 5:14). Those who are born again have the nature of Christ in their spirits, but they still need to walk in the light of Christ for this to be done in their souls (Eph. 5:8).
The concept of Christos is not just a New Testament thing, there has been a type of it since creation. Angels like Seraphims, dominions, mights, principalities and powers are all a type of Christ; and the highest of them are the Seraphims. Angels that are lower than Seraphims are the Levites in the Outer Court of heaven. In the Old Testament, a Levite is higher than the king of Israel. This is because a king cannot go beyond the Outer Court and even when they come there, they cannot abide there like the Levites do. A Christ with dominion starts from the Outer Court and ends in the Holy Place.
One needs a lot of water and spirit to enter into dominion and then grow in it. When one is entering dominion, the hold of evil spirits is disengaged (Eph. 6:12). A doer of the “power of God” (Christ) is he who is disengaging powers and rulers of the darkness of this world. When you overcome the darkness of this world, you have overcome the world.
“Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:” (Psa. 104:4). Satan made fallen “ministers” (Seraphims) become “spirits”; although they were not spirits before they fell. Now, they are called spiritual wickedness. Before one can become a wicked spirit, he/she must have fallen from being a spirit. This is how spiritual wickedness in high places and messengers of Satan were made. This is the cadre of spirits that troubled Apostle Paul. That messenger of Satan that troubled Paul must have been an angel of the holy mountain who was very close to Satan's feet. Not all angels on the holy mountain belong to the same hierarchy, even though they were all stones of Zion who could offer up spiritual sacrifices.
The real definition of dominion is spiritual, and it is not easy to see it from the scriptures. Satan gave man a fake dominion and stole Adam’s own. He infiltrated and flawed Adam’s dominion. Every dominion seeks to undo what another has done.
“To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.” (Acts 26:18). You should not be weary of hearing and learning the word of God because it is taking down things you are not even aware are in you. You should not go back to the sins you have been detached from. These sins are tied to the teachers. The beings in the realm of the spirit are divided into teachers and governors (Gal. 4:2). In the dominion of Satan, the governors are the spiritual wickedness; while the teachers of sin are the rulers of the darkness of this world, principalities and powers (Eph. 6:12).
The sins we are talking about are beyond works of the flesh like fornication; they are sins we commit without knowing. It will take enlightened eyes to know or see them. Rulers of the darkness of this world and evil spirits below them are “power spirits” because they are the power of the kingdom of Satan. They teach these sins in secret and a man cannot be free from them without engaging the mysteries of Christ. However, beyond this level, there is a sin that is that is cultured by spiritual wickedness in high places. Altogether, the job of these evil spirits is to make human beings serve sin because the service of sin makes Satan’s dominion to continue.
Anytime a soul detaches from sin, a spirit falls and the strength of the dominion of darkness wanes. It begins with light – when understanding dawns on a heart. We show our understanding through obedience; and as we obey, we are turned from darkness to light. Light gives wisdom for a lifestyle. It is the understanding of a particular life that God wants you to come into. As you obey the power of each revealed life, you are breaking sin and breaking laws of spirits. When we disengage from spirits, they react by confronting us with different contradictions and trials. They do not want men to detach from them because their lifeline is attached to the sins that men commit.
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;” (Rom 1:16-18). The ingredient of the power of God is the provision of faith. This faith is a kind of life, therefore, the power of God is life. When you do the gospel of Christ, you have obeyed the power of God. Anyone who uses the power of God to carry out faith energy is using faith to live. As you live by faith, you are breaking free from spirits. The answer to the mysterious life of spirits is the mystery of faith.
It is as we live by faith that we receive forgiveness of sins. The faith that is in Christ is a way of life; it is not an idea, as some people define it. It is a life force in the man, Christ. Faith will turn the power of forgiveness loose. Sin is a life force in spirits, and when you turn off the volume of their power and render them useless, that power is no more active in a man. Spirits are being sustained by people who carry out obedience to their life.
Without light or understanding, a man will not see the need to position himself to receive forgiveness of sins. This is because evil spirits have completely locked men out of this understanding. No one can know the truth by just reading the bible, we need teachers. The teachers must have been raised and taught by Jesus. Something must have happened to a man’s heart through teachings to make him receive the faith energy that will help him break free from the hold of evil spirits.
The greatest thrust of evil spirits is to make men to be like them. Satan taught some of the angels that fell with him to be wicked. Wickedness is higher than power; so, a wicked spirit is higher than a power spirit. This is why the power of God called Christ cannot be used to defeat a wicked spirit because they are not in the same level. The real wickedness is in the negative realm of Everlasting Life. Wicked works are a perversion of the force of Everlasting Life that was in an angel. Wickedness is the corruptible seed of Satan.
“Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” (1 Peter 1:23). No one should be born of the corruptible seed. Anyone who is born of this seed and allows the birth process to fully happen in him will become corruptible. We should overpower the corruptible seed because this is the only way we can be free from it.
When you love the brethren fervently, you pass from death to hold incorruption. When you begin to hold incorruption, you will be born. The milk of the incorruptible seed will help a soul who is a baby at this level of the incorruptible to grow. This baby is higher than Christ and needs to digest this milk to do the first work. After he has grown, he needs to live and abide forever (1 Pet. 1:23). The first work will make a man live while the last work will make him abide. The essence of this work is to break people from the dominion of fallen angels. This is what the kingdom of God is about.
The essence of Churches is to break down the groove of fallen spirits and make men to conform to the image of the Son of God. There is no life outside the life of God.
