The angel in Revelation 20 laid hold on Satan like a kid. Scriptures say that Jesus has been made so much better than these angels; this means that Jesus is a mysterious weapon that we must understand in order to deploy (Heb. 1:4).

Dominion is spiritual, as it comes firstly from the realm of the spirit. People who go about dominion with guns and physical weapons lack understanding. Taking dominion by force is a beastly way of taking dominion.

There is one fruit, one tree and one corn in the field. The field is the tree; it is the realm of eternity in the east of Eden. We are to eat both the corn and the fruit of the tree. The corn and the tree are different. The tree is the deathlessness of Eternal Life. The flow of Eternal Life is in manifestation of dominion; it is the reigning life of God; it is the life of the throne.

When a believer sins and does not ask for forgiveness, that sin will have dominion over him after a while. The soul can be trained in such a way that one will not mind, even when passing unto hell. We should not train our souls after sin! Whenever we do wrong, we should learn to ask God for forgiveness. This is not just because of the pardon we receive but because it helps to keep the soul tender. The reason we ask God for forgiveness is not for God’s sake but for ours.

God Almighty loves growing prophets; He grew men like Abraham and Moses as prophets. The New Testament is also ordained to grow prophets. Apart from the office of the fivefold ministry, the growth of the prophetic nature is inclusive of the New Testament. Men like Abraham, Noah etc. were prophets, and this is not because they were standing in the office of a prophet like Isaiah did.

There is a question that ministers of the gospel or pastors are often asked, “how is the work of God?”. However, brethren who are not serving in the fivefold ministry are not often asked this question. This tells us that many (both in the church and outside) do not really know what the work of God is.. The work of God is the salvation of our souls.

The Church is not meant for any pastor to acquire their personal dreams or craft kingdoms. Satan also talks to men to build a kingdom here, which is a bribe not to allow the work of God to thrive. It must be knocked out of us so that we do not work with the dominion of the adversary.

There is no growth or change of a soul without doctrine. We are taught knowledge and made to understand doctrine (Isa. 28:9). To make a man, doctrine must be laid like building blocks. Doctrine is what we must obey to be saved in our souls and it is fetched from knowledge.

It is commonly said that the end justifies the means, but that is false. The truth is that the justification is the process we give ourselves to and if we are not justified, we will get to the wrong destination. There is a way to get to God and if we do not go through the true road, we will be ever learning and never come to the knowledge of the truth
