One who has the desire to see Jesus must be as focused as Zacchaeus. There is a kind of height required to see Jesus. One who does not have this height will need to be worked upon to come to a height that can see Jesus.

To be saved is to become the full stature of the temple of God; it is a process of reconciling men to God. One must first understand the measurements of God before he can understand how God builds. Thus, we are taught precepts (knowledge), so that we can quickly be brought into lines (natures). The building of the temple of God is the opening of the everlasting way in men because everlasting life is the solution to the perishing in men’s souls.

The Church was not created by Jesus, rather it was born by Him, meaning that the Church is higher than creation. The Head of the Church is the One who is qualified to have pre-eminence. God wants to make us priests, such that the only possession we would hold is God. He is the inheritance of the priests. God wants to be our possession and the only way He can do so is to give us His things. As we align with them, they would become our inheritance.

We have journeyed from precepts upon precepts to line upon line, but there are still statutes and commandments that lead to doctrine. As we journey, the most important thing is that every knowledge we have acquired leads to life. No matter the greatness of the revelation being taught, we must be able to draw life from it.

The essence of the coming of the Lord is to empty Himself into the Church, for He has been estranged from the Church for a long time. Thus, He has to continually come to her because He wants to come in a greater measure.

Doctrine is the animation of the laws of precepts. The things that we know are what we can store up as precepts. One who does not have precepts may never get to doctrine. Precepts come before doctrine; it is the knowledge which we should have in our minds. Doctrine is life. The burden of the Lord through His servant covers much more than the precepts of the teaching of everlasting life, it also includes lines.

The greatest joy of heaven is that a man has access into the kingdom of God. The battle to become God’s building is not just for one to hate sin, but that one comes into the realm of fullness of joy. A person can be saved from going to hell but that is not all God wants. God wants us to be so saved that we will never be unsaved. And this salvation comes in different tidings, from good tidings to good tidings of good.

It is good to separate preaching and ministering; not all ministers are preachers. Preachers have the opportunity to both preach and minister. One can be preaching life, yet they are not ministering life. Ministering is a service. The tool of ministration is not just the mouth of a man, it is the entire being of the man. The entire being of a man ought to emit a ministry. By just seeing a minister, people should be blessed. When a man is being read, he is ministering.
