A speaking ministry is a priestly function (Heb. 12:25). The High Priest approaches His duty by words. Jesus is a priest of words; He does things by saying words. Therefore, we should be attentive to the things that the Lord is speaking.

God’s joy is that we are able to carry the promise. Therefore, we should not let our fire or passion for holding the promise to die out. We should carry the promise till the end.

There are two manners of resurrection: the resurrection from the dead and the resurrection of the dead (Romans 1:4, Philipp. 3:11). Resurrection from the dead refers to the separation of the soul of a believer from the lifestyle of this world. This is because the life of this world generates a death or unresponsiveness to God. However, the resurrection of the dead refers to a state where a believer is further raised and saved completely in his spirit, soul and body. Such a believer will not have the tendency to die again.

No man can love God by his own might; even the best of man can never fall in love with God. Men cannot ordinarily receive the things of God because it will require spiritual discernment to do so.

When youths are built up spiritually by the words of Christ and God, there is nothing in this world that would be able to trap them. The word of God is the answer to this present youth age; it can break the hold of darkness in the heart of a youth and give him insight into the things of God.

The Father wants everyone who has obeyed Christ to partake of the inheritance that is with Christ, as the Son of God. God’s desire is that we all find our place or take our share of the inheritance. However, this will only happen if we obey the commandments of the Son of God.

The agenda of God is to save man. Therefore, the secret of scriptures is salvation. However, Satan has manipulated men such that they now possess enough willpower to twist scripture. They do this because they are unlearned and unstable (2 Pet. 3:16).

There is a prevalent concept in the minds of many Christians - that this present heaven is the permanent home of God. However, this is an erroneous belief because the Creator is higher than the heavens. Four thousand years ago, the Psalmist wrote that this present heaven is waxing old, and therefore needs to be changed (Psalm‬102:25-26). God who created this present heaven and the earth should be able to create another one. He has the freedom and power to change His abode. If human beings can change their clothes or houses, then God can also change His environment as well. When vestures become old, they are not rejuvenated; they are discarded.‬‬‬

In the realm of the spirit, power is seen as the ability of a man to obey the doctrine of our Lord Jesus Christ; and not by his expression of the gifts of the Spirit or his ability to perform miracles. Power is the ability to bring together or muster the ingredients of God’s nature.
